  • Accommodating

"My family (wife and son) rented Gene's condo from June 14th through July 14th. However, this wasn't the original plan. Life through us a curve ball and we had to change our rental dates. Gene was very accommodating and worked with us to make our new dates work. This was our second time staying at Makaha Valley Towers (MVT), our first at Gene's condo. We stayed in Makaha to be closer to my family. The location was fantastic as it only took about 25-30 minutes to drive to Kapolei. We were visiting family and I was also busy working on my dissertation. Gene was extremely accommodating, he went out if his way to assist me when the Internet connection had issues. One thing we really enjoyed was the second bedroom. Our first experience at MVT only had a King size bed and the area where Gene has an extra bed was more closet space. The extra bed was just fantastic and our 9 year old son loved sleeping there. The salt water pool is always nice and the BBQ area is also good. We would most certainly recommend Gene's condo to others."

  • Family of six vacation

"The house was fantastic! Two adults and 4 kids from 17 to 8. The beach was very close and just located out the back gate and a short public path. At times you would hear someone walk by but they were always quiet and you would only hear footsteps. The neighbors in front were very friendly. We loved the use of the boogie boards and they were used at least twice a day. It was hard to get the 8, 10, and 12 year olds to leave and do anything else. FYI one of the great memories is the boys finding an inch long gecko in their room. After that they would search the yard for more for hours. The kitchen was well stocked which was great when we forgot to buy butter. It was great to be able to wash clothes and towels while staying at home. You are near a military base which never bothered us with random gun practicing fire. I have stayed previously on different parts of the island and was pleasantly surprised the located worked well for our vacation. The only thing I missed was a neighborhood bar for adult time. We arrived the day before a tropical storm and we were greeted with extra flashlights and candles along with fruit and chocolates. Before and after the storm arrived they made sure we were okay. We would definetly stay here again or use any of the other properties they menage due to how well they treated this property and us."

  • Happy to be back in Villa D

"It has been a few years since i stayed in this unit and it has got even better! Fresh paint and brand new furnishings makes this place open, airy, and looking fresh. As always an amazing 3 weeks in beautiful Ko Olina. I always golf my best here and love spending time in the lagoons. Biked to see the sunset each night except when playing the front 9! Had an amazing meal at Roys and MonekyPod. I never give 5's and 4 seems too low. Consider this a 4.5! I cant wait to go back again. It was tough to pull my partner away from the relaxing and chlorine free pool to get out and surf but when we did we had a blast. I think i dozed off on the lanai reading my Kobo at least 10 times. How comfy are those recliners! Looking forward to the next time. Great work Furnished Villa in K-O-K"

  • Perfect

"We had an amazing stay at Tracy's condo. She has literally thought of everything in this condo. Drinks in the fridge, snorkel gear, beach chairs, sun screen, long distance calling... you name it, she has it there. This really saves allot of money considering things like renting snorkel gear cost $10 a person. The internet worked flawlessly (this is one of my pet peeves on vacation). There is a great balcony that has two chairs and a table that is surrounded by bamboo and palm trees - an amazing place to have coffee. The grounds around the condo are incredibly maintained. There are flowers, fruit trees and other tropical plants everywhere. There are crews there all the time maintaining everything and it really shows. There is allot to do here even within a 10 minute drive from the condo. Traffic seems to get really bad coming in and out of Honolulu during peak commuting times, but it is easily avoidable if you plan your days around it. Nothing but good things to say about this place! Incredible value! Thank you Tracey!"
