Vacation rentals near Princeville Makai Golf Club

Beautiful property located on beachfront lot about 150 feet from the beach. Nicely appointed with all necessary amenities. Owners were available throughout stay to insure we were comfortable. All in all a good vacation.

We booked this place super last minute for a 8 day getaway and it was great. It’s small, but we weren’t there except to sleep. Too much to enjoy outside to be inside! It was clean, comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

The good:The property and location were great. Unit was clean and well-appointed with household items and beach gear (thank you).The disappointing:We were notified about a scheduled water shut off 2 weeks before our stay. We quickly searched for other rental options (but it was difficult to find something at this late notice). We were asked to fills buckets of water in the morning so that we could flush the toilets. We requested a full day refund for the inconveniences and were denied this small gesture. ADDITIONALLY, workers entered the unit one day when we were at the beach. We were not notified that anyone would be entering the condo to perform maintenance on the AC. We left wallets and electronics everywhere. We would have prepared for the work differently had we been notified. We returned from the beach to find ladders, tools, etc. laid about the bathroom. At a minimum, we would have appreciated the opportunity to put away our toothbrushes while work was being performed in the bathroom!All said...the place was nice and comfortable. We were pretty disappointed with the owner and property management. When given the opportunity to make these maintenance issues better, they failed pretty poorly.

3rd time staying @ this condo and never have any issues. Responsive owner and everything that you need is there. Thanks again!

Great support from the host along with the amenities and privacy made this the perfect getaway and home base for our first trip to Kauai and we look forward to repeating this trip next fall to continue our exploration. Thanks Mike and mahalo my friend! (Sat Farmers Market down the street was fantastic as well)

Absolutely loved this condo; clean, beautifully furnished, 3 rooms and bathrooms and the ease to rent. I've never used vrbo or similar companies. It was so easy. PPrompt

Our family of 5, two adults, 3 boys (22, 19, 17) all throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The split floorpan workout out great, plenty of space to spread out, and the unit was extremely well stocked. But the absolute best part was the incredible view from the windows and balcony. Stunning! We all want to come back and hated to leave. Booking this property, there was several forms and things to fill out, but once that was all done, process was simple.The extra fans were appreciated. Very good communication and text messages leading up to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Rustic Cottage so much!!! The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean to stay in. It was magical waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the birds and roosters. It definitely is a piece of paradise to experience!
