"Our stay at the property was fantastique! Very beautiful, modern features, excellent bedding, well appointed furniture, excellent kitchen and appliances, easy to operate gas fireplace and HVAC, and TV & wifi. We cooked several meals, and every imagined utensil was available and in new condition. Washer / dryer are new and operate very quietly. The rooms are very quiet from external noise, and very easy to sleep in. View of river is excellent, and we saw eagles fly by every day. Nice area to walk along boardwalk and docks. Close walk to very good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. 5 minute drive to downtown CDA, and about 45 minutes to Spokane international airport, and downtown Spokane. Access was very easy with the keys and fob in a lock-box, and underground parking, with elevator access to the room is very convenient. We did no boating, but private slip right in front of property would make that very convenient. Same as for skiing, but Mt. Spokane and 49 North are within 1 hour, and Schweitzer not much further away. In summary, the property in perfect for those wanting a beautiful, modern vacation spot with a beautiful view and close access to the wonders of the Northwest."

  • 5 Stars - says it all!

"The Partner House is an absolute welcoming place, where we felt at home as soon as we stepped in! The pictures suggested a warm and well maintained house and it did not disappoint at all! We stayed with 4 people for the week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well stocked - we cooked a turkey and baked pies! There is space to spread before the gas fired stove, at a large dining table for meals, games or working on assignments; the kitchen nook was great too! a home away from home - as the ad goes, the Partner House was our beloved home for the week! Thank you Dennis."

  • Comfortable, convienent and Clean

"The homeowners were very welcoming and accommodating. They allowed us to store our kayaks and bike in garage below apartment. It was convenient as you just used a code to open door to apartment and garage. It was quiet and secluded but still close enough to town. Apartment is well appointed with modern finishes, cute decor and a comfy bed. It was nice to have access just across the road to their private dock. Also the centennial bike trail is right there too so it's convenient to walk out the door and go for a bike ride or walk right along the lake. Beautiful view through mature trees on property that provide nice shade. Only thing that could have been better was the weather, but that is out of everyone's control."

  • Exceeded our expectations

"We found this property on VRBO. I was so happy with our accommodations. The space was so comfortable for our family. The kitchen was supplied with everything I needed to prepare meals. The lines were fresh and the additional loft space was a nice place for my daughter to get away and have her own place to relax. The location is so close to downtown and the beach is a 5 min walk! I will stay at the property again if we visit the area. I highly recommend Jodi and what her LOFT has to offer."
