  • Wonderful home

"This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this home. It is extremely inviting, comfortable, spacious, and has a great downtown location. We have enjoyed our stay there each time and look forward to staying again next year."

  • Great family space and excellent location

"My family of 7 slept comfortably in this clean, well-stocked house. We especially loved all the family space on the first floor. The kitchen and living room were perfect for playing games, cooking meals, and chatting. A large dining table was a plus! Most importantly, the location cannot be beat. We were close to the beach and downtown, but just a few blocks away so the area felt very quiet. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the hot summer days! Definitely recommended."

  • Great Location!

"This house is in the perfect location for anyone with a young family. It is right across the street from McEuen Park which has an amazing splash park, basketball court, tennis court and enclosed dog park. The home is a few minutes walk from Tubbs Hill and the beach. Inside the house is clean and well stocked. We had four adults and two children (7 & 3) and never felt cramped. Great place!"

  • Large and comfortable house

"We spent one night at the Tubbs Hill Guest House in Coeur D'Alene when we took our children to the Santa Cruise to the North Pole. It was six adults, three toddlers, and a baby. Each family was able to be comfortable in the large house. It was very well appointed, but almost too full of precious little details for a group with toddlers (they were very good and did not break anything, but we definitely had to be on them about it). The house is quite large, but it is definitely quirky. The lay out is a bit confusing, but it worked out fine for us. It is very practically located near downtown and the lake, and has driveway parking available for several cars, even though the driveway it definitely on the trickier side when it snows... Lisa was very accommodating. She agreed to us checking in early, and made sure the driveway was shoveled, and we had plenty of ice melt if needed, as well as fire wood for the fireplace. We would absolutely stay there again."
