  • Comfortable, convienent and Clean

"The homeowners were very welcoming and accommodating. They allowed us to store our kayaks and bike in garage below apartment. It was convenient as you just used a code to open door to apartment and garage. It was quiet and secluded but still close enough to town. Apartment is well appointed with modern finishes, cute decor and a comfy bed. It was nice to have access just across the road to their private dock. Also the centennial bike trail is right there too so it's convenient to walk out the door and go for a bike ride or walk right along the lake. Beautiful view through mature trees on property that provide nice shade. Only thing that could have been better was the weather, but that is out of everyone's control."

  • Quiet, beautiful, comfy, well stocked and well maintained

"This was my home away from home for six days when in Coeur d’Alene on a family bereavement gathering and resulting duties. God works in mysterious ways… I met Mary (the lovely owner) this past summer. When my families Patriarch passed-on in mid-November Mary stepped-up to make this house available for me. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the appearance and amenities! What a blessing to come “home” each evening to a clean, gorgeous and cozy house not to mention waking up to 12 cups of fresh brewed coffee and preparing my own breakfast- just like home! (Likewise, I think my rental car liked being “garaged” each night in the attached garage with the automatic overhead door.) The location is suburb for any pleasure or business imaginable in the Cd’A area. Did I mention the neighborhood is very quiet? I highly recommend this lodging for a multitude of needs and Mary is the absolute best host you can imagine. Tip offered in kindness, the rates are way fair and worth every penny so do yourself a favor and skip trying the negotiation game."

  • 5 Stars - says it all!

"The Partner House is an absolute welcoming place, where we felt at home as soon as we stepped in! The pictures suggested a warm and well maintained house and it did not disappoint at all! We stayed with 4 people for the week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well stocked - we cooked a turkey and baked pies! There is space to spread before the gas fired stove, at a large dining table for meals, games or working on assignments; the kitchen nook was great too! a home away from home - as the ad goes, the Partner House was our beloved home for the week! Thank you Dennis."

  • Multigenerational Family Vacation

"We spent a week enjoying all the summer activities in CDA. With a group ranging from 6 to 65 years we found exciting adventures for all. We loved the Ash home especially the kitchen and screened in porch. The kitchen was equipped with every imaginable tool, dish, pan or appliance. Bedding and towels were luxurious. Our evenings on the porch doing puzzles and playing cards was a perfect way to end a busy day. We walked downtown for shopping, boating and jet skiing. We loved our Tour of Hiawatha bike tour which was a bit adventurous and the zip lining. Would love to make a return visit!"
