  • Great place to stay.

"The house was clean and comfortable. We stayed here during 4th of July, two adults and 3 kids. Loved the fenced in backyard for our kids to run free. Location was fantastic, on a quiet street but very close to the lake and restaurants, no need for driving, just rode our bikes or walked. Owner was very nice and gave us some great suggestions of things to do in the area."

  • Comfortable, convienent and Clean

"The homeowners were very welcoming and accommodating. They allowed us to store our kayaks and bike in garage below apartment. It was convenient as you just used a code to open door to apartment and garage. It was quiet and secluded but still close enough to town. Apartment is well appointed with modern finishes, cute decor and a comfy bed. It was nice to have access just across the road to their private dock. Also the centennial bike trail is right there too so it's convenient to walk out the door and go for a bike ride or walk right along the lake. Beautiful view through mature trees on property that provide nice shade. Only thing that could have been better was the weather, but that is out of everyone's control."

  • A gem of a house and location...

"The house is adorable, and the floor plan thoughtful for groups. The owner is very helpful but unobtrusive. You can get a hold of her via text or phone call and she responds promptly. She was also very gracious and kind, even inviting all of us to join her for some local holiday traditions. We had 6 adults in our group, including two adults with horrible snoring challenges. They slept downstairs in the two walkout basement rooms, and no one was disturbed at night. My wife and I slept on main level, and another couple slept upstairs. Each of the three levels had bathrooms, so that helped out greatly! The kitchen was fairly well stocked, so all we did was purchase groceries. Don't expect Ritz Carlton decor, this home is more like going to your cool aunts house in the country. It is well lived in, comfortable and completely relaxing! I will add that like with most basements in the North West, the downstair area initially had a mild basement smell, which was resolved within a few minutes by openning the doors to the outside. In short; Great location, a very accomidating owner, friendly floor plan, a very quiet street and a beautiful city and area!!!! Will be back for certain!!!"

  • Gorgeous home! Excellent location! Must go back asap!

"This home is everything you could ask for in CDL and more. We had a group of 10 people staying here and we were all so comfortable. The house is warm and open. The three levels allow for so much privacy and yet opportunity for lots of group hang out time on the main open floor. Even though it was winter we enjoyed hiking tubs hill and walking down town to bars and restaurants. I was hesitant about this house for the higher price tag but it was the BEST choice. So worth the extra money!"
