  • Perfect House in Great Location

"This was our first visit and could not have been more pleased. The house was perfect for our family of four. Plus it was in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The house is clean and set up for a family to enjoy. it has porches on both the front and back and we use both. It was so nice to be able to sit on the front porch swing and enjoy just talking as a family. In addition it has extra amenities that you will never get in a hotel. It truly spoiled us and will be hard to ever stay in a hotel again. It is a 5 STAR house and location."

  • Perfect family home, great location

"Perfect family home for those with kids, there were plenty of toys and a high chair that made it just like home. The backyard is fenced in and there are tons to do. Short walk to downtown Coeur d Alene. The house is well maintained and very charming. So glad we decided to stay here."

"I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. The location is great, easy walk to shops, restaurants and my husbands favorite, ice cream! Nancy was great to work with. Our family is already planning our next trip back here! Thanks again Nancy"

  • Perfect for large family.

"We came to Couer d'Aline for a reunion of my husband's family. Since our immediate family doesn't get to spend a lot of time together, I wanted a place that would house the 10 of us (including 3 small children) under one roof. I also wanted to be walking distance to the lake and at least one park. It's like we won the lottery. It also had a large, fenced yard which worked very well for the larger family get-togethers-an additional 30 or so people for dinners and games. This was so much better than going to a commercial venue: we were able to cook in the spacious kitchen (which had plenty of utensils and pots and pans, etc.) and seat everyone around the several tables on the deck and patio. And the kids had plenty of room to run around. There is a small beach a couple of blocks away and Mary kindly provided beach chairs, towels and floats. Downtown and McEuen park are within a mile. Trails on Tubb's hill are also only a couple of blocks away. Mary made sure that we had everything we needed: a pac 'n play for the 2-year old, detergent for the washer, shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, snacks and drinks available when we arrived. She also very graciously allowed us 2 extra hours to check out. In summary, I would say that the property more than met our expectations and needs. I would definitely recommend this for a large group."
