  • Beautiful condo, quiet comfort with a view.

"This a lovely condo in a nice newer area. Very well appointed with everything we needed, it exceeded our expectations. Near to several restaurants and shops, yet quiet and safe. Perfect for 2 couples with a large kitchen, living area and deck with a water view. We stayed 4 nights and could have easily stayed longer, felt like home! Although, we may have needed some instruction for the thermostat but someone figured it out! We would be more than happy to stay here again."

  • Charming property walking distance from downtown

"We would definitely stay here again. The property is quite charming and everything was ship shape; the home is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Though we didn't spend much time there during the day, the back yard is beautiful and equipped with gas barbecue's if you're inclined to grill. The owner is easily accessible and responsive which made everything that much easier. The property location is terrific as you can take a few minutes brisk morning walk to downtown for breakfast or just coffee. Plus it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood so there were no intrusive noises. The wi-fi and cable TV worked great which can be a real annoyance otherwise. Coeur d'Alene is one of the most scenic places in the USA and is well worth the trip - this was my second time back to the area and it did not disappoint. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is that I felt the cleaning fee was high, particularly in view of the fact we did not cook and used only one of the bedrooms plus the 2 bathrooms for our 3 night stay. That said, I would not hesitate to rent this property again as the positives vastly outweigh the cleaning fee."

  • Multigenerational Family Vacation

"We spent a week enjoying all the summer activities in CDA. With a group ranging from 6 to 65 years we found exciting adventures for all. We loved the Ash home especially the kitchen and screened in porch. The kitchen was equipped with every imaginable tool, dish, pan or appliance. Bedding and towels were luxurious. Our evenings on the porch doing puzzles and playing cards was a perfect way to end a busy day. We walked downtown for shopping, boating and jet skiing. We loved our Tour of Hiawatha bike tour which was a bit adventurous and the zip lining. Would love to make a return visit!"
