  • Relaxing and quiet

"We (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 dog) had a wonderful week at the Hayden Cabin. The layout of the house is a little quirky, but it is a great spot on Hayden Lake. We really enjoyed the short stairway to the dock. The previous year we rented a house on other side of Hayden Lake and the route to the lake was very looong and steep. We enjoyed the quiet little cove this year, instead of being on the middle of the lake. We appreciated the fenced area for our dog. The house is very well stocked with all essentials. Plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of towels in every bathroom. We used the bar-b-que out on the deck and it was nice to have a place to cook instead of eating out all the time. The kids and dog loved the dock. We rented jet skis and they had plenty of time on the lake. We found the trail to the county park just up the road and had fun taking the dog on her walks. Plenty of deer, squirrels, rabbits, and wild turkey to watch. Also loved watching and listening to the Osprey that have a nest up in the tree in the neighbor's yard. We had fun going to CDA to the wooden boat show at the Resort and to the North Idaho State Fair. There's always something to do in the area. Next year we'll try the zip-lines in Wallace, Idaho. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time. The owner Tim is very easy to work with and made sure our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. He quickly responded to our questions."

  • Perfect for Ironman!

"My wife and I came to CDA for the Ironman event and this was an awesome place to stay. This home was just minutes away from the event start as well as being close to the downtown area for nice shops and great restaurants. The neighborhood where the house is located was a newer development and it was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. This was such a great home to relax in with all of the nice amenities one would want in a home. The owners were so helpful with suggestions of places to eat for us and helping to navigate the area which was really helpful for the two of us who had never been to Idaho before. We just both felt so comfortable and relaxed like we were in our own home. We Definitely would stay here again."

  • Great family retreat in Cd'A !!!!

"My husband and I, daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren had such a wonderful 3 night stay in this cute bungalow. The furnishings were beautiful and everything was so clean. We enjoyed the backyard patio (shaded) for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The entire fenced in backyard also provided security for the kids to play. Best part of the stay was the location. We used our bikes to ride everywhere...never moved our cars. The walk to the lake, playground park, and downtown was also very convenient if we had not had our bikes. Owner, Jodi, was a joy to deal with. Looking forward to returning next summer!"
