  • Nice Cabin and plenty of dishes and space. Very homey!

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a couple things you should consider.. We never got to enjoy the fireplace. It did not work. The toilet in the main bathroom leaks and the shower curtain is moldy. The bathtub is also broken. I would not recommend having silk sheets on a bed, most people(myself included) don't like them although they are beautiful. Never found the remote for the TV in the master. The front door sticks to the point you can't get it opened if closed too tight. The check out forms in regards to the trash were confusing. 1 says to remove all trash and the other says just the overflow. Hope we did it right. Also let people know of the Robin market store for shopping, the others were not useful with lots of people. It is a beautiful cabin and I would rent it again. Loved the welcome basket and having items (cleaning stuff, towels etc) already there."

  • What a find!

"This house is a wonderful find. Our family reunion went so well here because there was plenty of room for everyone, including one car with a trailer. The kids loved playing in the water and I loved the kayaking opportunities early in the morning when everything was still. The views are great, especially for those who don't live in the mountains and Yellowstone National Park is not far away. The kitchen is the most complete I've ever found; also plenty of towels and paper supplies. We saw a moose, deer, bald eagles, a new robin family, and loads of geese with their goslings (all right in the front yard! Wonderful for birders also with ducks, pelicans, and other water birds."

  • Beautiful Home; Gorgeous Views!

"This home was perfect for our group of 7 adults. It was very clean, well-stocked with just about anything you may need, and very comfortable. We spent many evenings on the fantastic deck that wraps around two sides of the home. It is perfect for having dinner, enjoying the view of Henry's Lake, or just relaxing after a day of activities. The location worked out quite well. It is an easy 20-minute ride to the entrance of Yellowstone Park, where we spent a lot of time. The town of West Yellowstone is a great town to shop, eat and feel like you've stepped back in time. We had dinner at the Buffalo Bar downtown. Great food and decent prices. We took a beautiful ride to Hebgen Lake where we rented a pontoon boat for the day. Breathtaking scenery including the mountain goats! Bear World in Rexburg is worth the trip. It is a drive-thru park but you can also enjoy inside the park with kids rides, petting zoo, and take a ride on an open-air truck where we were actually able to feed the bears! We also went to Grizzly World in West Yellowstone and were able to see some amazing grizzly bears. Besides the Buffalo Bar restaurant mentioned above, we would recommend the Bar N Ranch which is not too far from the home. Reservations are recommended. The food was outstanding. If you're hungry for pizza, we really enjoyed the Wild West Pizzeria, also in West Yellowstone. The owners were very helpful and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Fantastic cabin

"The cabin is beautiful! Everyone is right the pictures don't do it justice. My children and I thoroughly enjoyed the foos ball table, my son even managed to start beating his old man. We all enjoyed the hot tub and spent many evenings in it after our many trips around Island Park and Yellowstone. I was a little concerned that the cabin would be hot with no AC but if you leave the windows and doors closed during the day and turn the large ceiling fan on it is perfect. There was everything you could possibly need to cook anything you wanted. The refrigerator is very well stocked with all kinds of condiments, we even added a few to the mix for the next guest. Plenty of room for my family of four. The only reason for not being five stars is the amount of people riding ATV's and Side by Sides in the area kicking up a lot of dust and making that annoying ATV noise (I even ride quads and it was a bit too much for me). This is not the the owners fault it just seems to be the area during the summer. I'm sure in the winter it is that way with snowmobiles. Overall fantastic place to stay and the price is very reasonable. Location was perfect for going anywhere in the area. Sawtelle peak, Henry's fork to float the river, Johnny Sac's cabin, Rexburg for bear world, Yellowstone. One bit of advice is if you are coming in from the south stop in Rexburg to buy groceries (especially Sunday, seems most businesses are closed). The best restaurant to eat at is literally 2 minutes away, Boondocks another nice place to eat was 10 minutes away on the reservoir, Lakeside Lodge. Overall my family loved this place and the home base it afforded us for all our adventures. Clint and Laurie are very easy to deal with and friendly as well. Clint even called to make sure we got in OK. Thank you again for sharing your piece of heaven with my family."
