  • well appointed place - great for two families of 4

"We spent a long weekend at the condo with another family of 4 (who also had pre-teens). There was plenty of space for everyone. We all slept in the upstairs rooms. The open kitchen and living area were comfortable and roomy. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed to cook big meals for the group. The hot tub was great for after skiing. The shuttle to Schweitzer was easy and convenient. Sharon was great to work with."

  • Amazing Location and Beautiful Condo!

"This was a lovely place to vacation! The condo is beautiful, amazing, very clean, and HUGE! It can comfortably sleep 12 if there are couples that share two of the beds. The house is very well taken care of and is beautiful. The hot tub was nice to come home to after a long day exploring the area and I can image it would be blissful after a long day of skiing! We were here in the summer and there are so many things to do. It is only 50 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park and about an hour from Coeur D'Alene. I would absolutely stay here in a heartbeat and hope to return again in the future! The owner was very responsive to my texts and I booked the condo very last minute and Jon was very accommodating. I love supporting a military family as well, so you can't go wrong staying here!"

  • Cozy Mountain Condo

"I came with a close group of friends to ski/snowboard at Schweitzer. The condo fit our needs nicely - big dining room table, two full baths, parking for two vehicles. The condo is full of everything you'll need for your visit - plenty of dishes and towels, nice appliances, etc. The place has a beautiful view of the mountains. Gregg was fantastic to rent from - he communicated regularly with me leading up to the trip and then during the trip to make sure everything was going well. Having the right person to rent from is sometimes as important as the place you rent. Gregg even worked with us to reschedule our trip from 2015 to 2016 - Amazing! The owner clearly cares about his property and wants to make sure the renters enjoy their stay. There were only a few negatives about this place. One was the distance from the village, 0.6 miles was just a little too far to walk with all your ski gear. Another was the WiFi - basically nonexistant - Gregg is aware and plans to change providers, so hopefully that won't be an issue for much longer - but i believe consistent internet connection on the mountain is a problem for everyone not just here - so plan to relax unplugged for the week. And last was the hot tub - which exists but is off limits to renters - yet still shows up in the listing and rental handbook in the condo - it's disappointing that previous renters have ruined that privilege. There really is nothing better than soaking in a hot tub after a long day on the slopes - we were quite disappointed. We loved our visit to Schweitzer and are considering a trip back out in the summer - we will certainly keep this condo in mind for future visits!"

  • Very nice home, with good location, and plenty of privacy.

"This is a very nice home and perfect for a large family like us. The property easily accommodated seven adults without difficulty. The location is great, you can ski down to the lifts. The large kitchen and dining area again are great for large groups. The large family room fireplace is excellent and creates a very warm environment. I can't forget to mention the covered hot tub on the porch--excellent under any circumstances. The nice mud room area was very convenient for skiing and snow boarding. The shuttle service to and from the house was an added bonus and a great unexpected addition. Overall a really good experience and very nice house."
