  • Relaxing and quiet

"We (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 dog) had a wonderful week at the Hayden Cabin. The layout of the house is a little quirky, but it is a great spot on Hayden Lake. We really enjoyed the short stairway to the dock. The previous year we rented a house on other side of Hayden Lake and the route to the lake was very looong and steep. We enjoyed the quiet little cove this year, instead of being on the middle of the lake. We appreciated the fenced area for our dog. The house is very well stocked with all essentials. Plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of towels in every bathroom. We used the bar-b-que out on the deck and it was nice to have a place to cook instead of eating out all the time. The kids and dog loved the dock. We rented jet skis and they had plenty of time on the lake. We found the trail to the county park just up the road and had fun taking the dog on her walks. Plenty of deer, squirrels, rabbits, and wild turkey to watch. Also loved watching and listening to the Osprey that have a nest up in the tree in the neighbor's yard. We had fun going to CDA to the wooden boat show at the Resort and to the North Idaho State Fair. There's always something to do in the area. Next year we'll try the zip-lines in Wallace, Idaho. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time. The owner Tim is very easy to work with and made sure our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. He quickly responded to our questions."

  • Peaceful, beautiful and very scenic.

"We stayed over memorial weekend this spring and it was beautiful. The lake house was nice with all of the enemities, and the few from the lake house is amazing. We have two little ones so it was nice to have the fenced yard and the sloping beach. There is a dock and that made it nice for my son and husband to fish off of. The beach was sandy so the children could play and swim with ease. We saw an amazing amount of wild life just from our back yard. Ducks, geese, Bald Eagles, deer and we even saw a moose across the lake. It was nice to have a paddle boat to use as well as the canoe, we had a great time and hope to go again before the end of summer."

  • This rental and it's setting made for a beautiful winter wedding

"We rented this huge home in a beautiful setting to host a January wedding. The home, its open space, upscale furnishings and gorgeous views made for a perfect setting for a small wedding. We hosted 60 guests for the ceremony and reception with 20 of those people staying over with accommodations in the big main house and in the comfy guest cottage. The property managers, Josh and his dad, were helpful in having the drive and walkways plowed and ready for our guests. We stayed 3 nights, enjoying time in the home and on the slopes after the wedding celebration. Highly recommend the property and the rental management team."
