  • Great Winter Getaway

"Here for a girl's weekend with our kids. Loved the hot tub on the deck, views of the frozen lake and scenery and the serenity of the spot. Very private in the winter with plenty of room to spread out. We barely left the house! We brought winter gear to explore the area but saw nothing about local trails, etc. listed in the info book. The weekend was very relaxing and we hope to visit again. Thanks to the hosts for maintaining such a well-appointed cabin on the lake."

  • Relaxing and quiet

"We (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 dog) had a wonderful week at the Hayden Cabin. The layout of the house is a little quirky, but it is a great spot on Hayden Lake. We really enjoyed the short stairway to the dock. The previous year we rented a house on other side of Hayden Lake and the route to the lake was very looong and steep. We enjoyed the quiet little cove this year, instead of being on the middle of the lake. We appreciated the fenced area for our dog. The house is very well stocked with all essentials. Plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of towels in every bathroom. We used the bar-b-que out on the deck and it was nice to have a place to cook instead of eating out all the time. The kids and dog loved the dock. We rented jet skis and they had plenty of time on the lake. We found the trail to the county park just up the road and had fun taking the dog on her walks. Plenty of deer, squirrels, rabbits, and wild turkey to watch. Also loved watching and listening to the Osprey that have a nest up in the tree in the neighbor's yard. We had fun going to CDA to the wooden boat show at the Resort and to the North Idaho State Fair. There's always something to do in the area. Next year we'll try the zip-lines in Wallace, Idaho. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time. The owner Tim is very easy to work with and made sure our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. He quickly responded to our questions."

  • FUN FOURTH

"Another great stay at the lake. The weather wasn't extremely helpful but as usual, Jay's efforts were awesome. We needed additional propane and within a very short time it arrived. Everything else at the cabin was well-stocked & very welcoming...just like always. Our family had a lot of fun and can't wait for our next visit."

  • Great rental, especially for the kids.

"We had very good stay here at this home! There was plenty of room for the kids to ride the bikes that are on site, run around and play in the very large yard. It was only a short drive away from silverwood theme park. The only downside to our stay was that the water ran out on us a few times during our stay. Just something to keep in mind. But over all we would definitely rent again!"
