  • Great In Town location for Winter Fun

"Three couples (we each had our own bathroom) and our welsh corgi spent a week in Mary Ann's lovely, historic Ketchum home this past February. It was the perfect size, and such a great alternative to all the SV condos. We gathered in the LR for a apres ski cocktail by the fire for chat and/or books late each afternoon. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had some festive meals around her large dining room table. The convenient location also made it perfect for walking back and forth to town for dinner and other activities in town. We hope to be back next year."

  • Beautiful home for extended or short stays

"I feel so blessed that my family of 4 was able to stay at this amazing home while we searched for our 'forever home.' The layout is ideal for families with two kids rooms upstairs that are decorated with a rustic feel. The master is on the lower level and includes a dreamy tub. All the beds are super comfortable with plenty of blankets to snuggle into. The downstairs has an easy to use gas fireplace and full stocked kitchen! There is a cute little backyard with a grill that is hooked up to the house's propane...never ruin a steak due to running out of propane here! Everything you need to feel instantly at home! In the front is a common area where you can toss a football and meet the very friendly neighbors. You are walking distance to great restaurants. I highly recommend the Sushi Ahi. The bar across the street has great live music nightly. The library and downtown Eagle are an easy walk as well. If you have kids, the library has amazing kid events weekly! Easy drive to the airport, downtown Boise, Bogus mountain or any place you want to do. Katie is easy to work with and very accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough!"

  • great facility and nice set up - just need a little more temperature control

"Stayed there with three other families. Enough rooms and beds to accommodate all of us! Spacious setting with almost everything we needed to make meals in between our busy travel schedule. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Love the field and mountain range viewing right at the backdoor. The owner even let us borrow their bikes to ride away the vicinity! One suggestion to the owner. The house only has one centralized temperature control, and it was way too warm for our friends who stayed on the main floor as it would be too cold for the guests at the basement if we didn't turn on the heat."
