  • So much fun

"I came with 4 families. This cabin was so nice. It was clearly updated but also had that cabin feel as well. there was 3 bedrooms with closed doors. 2 downstairs, 1 upstairs plus a loft area bedroom and a huge loft area with 3 beds. Fit us all really well. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The best part is that this place came with SO many water toys. There was 4 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, a huge canoe and a ton of floaties and even life jackets for everyone. The deck was great. The firepit looked like it would have been fun (fire ban at the time we were there so didn't get to use). Great dock too! 2 car garage you can park in. plus probably fit 3 cars outside garage plus one other spot in front of another garage (used for storage not accessible) There is not internet or cable though! Cell phone coverage depended on who was your carrier. I have Verizon and it was good. I highly recommend the place!"

  • Excellent Condo

"The place is very well appointed and in very good shape. The location is terrific and it is a very secure building. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. Beth was very easy to work with and very prompt responding to questions."

  • Great place for family gatherings year round!

"We enjoyed our Thanksgiving family gathering in this sunny woodsy setting. The two living areas offered space for the adults and kids to have activities that didn't conflict with one another, yet not too separated. The provided games, videos, and outdoor area were plentiful and fully used. The house sets just across the road from Farragut State Park boundary with man-gates available to access. We found a walkable trail along the fence line as well as a hill to use sleds. The electric wall heat and wood burning stove kept the house cozy and warm while the outdoor temperature was in the teens. All 11 of us enjoyed having our own comfortable beds to sleep in. Having the bathrooms the downstairs could be a problem for some since there is only one bedroom and futon on the main floor. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of table service, plates, glasses, small appliances and cookware. The family is already talking about a return trip in the summer. The owner was very good with communication and helpful instruction. He put in many hours making the property ready for us since there were trees down from a storm and the electricity had been out for several days just before we arrived. Thank you Kimm!"

  • Quiet & Cozy

"If you're looking for a secluded and comfortable stay, The Nook is it! My husband and I wanted to visit Coeur d'Alene but didn't want the big resort experience or price. The Nook fit exactly what we were looking for; a quiet spot, off the beaten path, but close enough to visit town, cozy enough for two, with the option to go to town for a meal or fix something and stay in. The property is very clean with a comfortable bed and cozy futon to watch a movie on. Diana had clear instructions and recommendations for visiting town. All of our necessities were met and then some; exactly what we needed!"
