  • Perfect View of God's Country

"This lake house was our home for our first Idaho vacation, and it could not have been any better. The VIEW from the decks of this beautiful home is amazing--Idaho was like God's Country to us. There were four couples that comfortably stayed in this lovely home, and we had a wonderful stay. The home is modern, decorated so delightfully in a lake theme, and we found everything we needed at our fingertips. We would be remiss if we did not mention how kind and helpful the owner Mike was to work with. He was efficient, timely, and thoughtful. And in the end, our deposit was returned so much faster than we expected. Should we visit Idaho again, we will look no further than this great get-away."

  • Family and friends over long weekend

"We stayed here with family for the long Ironman weekend and had a fantastic time! It's located on a beautiful, very swimmable and quiet bay just a few easy minutes from downtown. The house is so nice and comfortable and the owners very responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again. The house is particularly great for families with kids or other large (tame!) groups. There's plenty of space for entertaining on the beautiful deck overlooking the bay and lawn (with fire pit), where kids can run around to their hearts' content. The water off the dock is not too deep and is very calm. Perfect swimming! Highlights SUPER clean and well taken care of SUPER well-equipped (bbq, appliances, kitchenware, deck with table and lots of chairs, SUP boards, fishing poles, private dock, volleyball net, blankets, twinkly lights, etc., list goes on) Beds are very comfortable Nice quiet area away from town Spectacular views Highly recommend. Only hesitation is that we don't want any competition for this space next time we're in the area!"

  • Roomy and Remote - Wildlife Included

"We had a great time at this secluded log home. Indeed, it is secluded, in that it requires driving on somewhat lengthy gravel roads to reach the home. But, once we found it, the home was very accommodating and wonderful. Plenty of room in the common areas and bedrooms to handle the 11 folks we had staying there. The construction of the home with the large log walls and stone chimney certainly added to the remote feel of being away from the hustle of normal life. We had mule deer visit every morning as well as some wild turkeys. The large mud/drying room was great to store skiing gear and let it dry out at the end of each day we skied at Schweitzer. It is not a long distance to Schweitzer but it does take about 45 minutes to drive there from this log home. The owners were very helpful and cooperative in making sure the place was ready for our arrival and with input we gave them afterwards. We had a great time and would recommend staying here to others."

  • Ben has a beatiful, well kept home in a perfect location.

"Bens home was in perfect condition. We had 11 people in our party including small children. He has a large lawn area as well as a nice pond. There was alot of room for the kids to run around. The living area was large and handled 11 of us well. Bedrooms were ample and the 2 bathrooms with double sinks worked fine for all of us. Ben lived in a cottage on the bback side of the property and was available for any concerns. Shopping was close and Jackson hole was on 30 minute drive over the mountain. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We hope to come back in the future."
