  • Our family loved Chicago. The condo was perfect.

  • The view is worth it!

"Excellent grocery store next door and great location for walking all over the city made it extremely convenient to stay here for a long holiday weekend. The balcony is great for testing the outdoor temperature without having to travel down 55 floors to go outside, but some outdoor furniture would be nice to sit and enjoy the view - especially since we were there during the fireworks show. Sirens are plentiful downtown so we were glad to be up as high as possible away from their full force. A very pleasant stay in a well-equipped apartment."

  • MOST AMAZING LOCATION, VIEW, AND SERVICE!

"Previously having lived in Chicago, I knew this neighborhood was going to be a perfect location. And boy, was that true...only steps to the train, great restaurants, and everything the city has to offer! The view from the condo is as amazing as it gets. Jim and Jeri-Lou were extremely accommodating, and we had absolutely everything we could have hoped for and me. Thanks for the great mini vacation getaway. We will be back!"

  • Great Location! Million dollar view! Frat house furnishings!

"Love the location of this place for it's accessibility to downtown, the waterfront, the parks, the Art museum and much more. If you're real adventurous like we were, you can can even walk to Wrigley Field for a Cubs game. Only 6.2 miles through fun neighborhoods. As for the view, we could not get enough of it. Stunning! What was really nice is that you have the same view from the living area and both bedrooms. As for the furnishing. Sparse, old and worn out. I'm not sure which condo is pictured here but it sure wasn't the 2br 2ba we rented. In the living area there is a black vinyl sofa that has seen better days. An old brown sofa bed that was probably the best piece there and a gold chair that was stained and thread worn with holes. The underneath of the chair was ripped and hanging on the floor. Two black end tables with chips in them. One had the TV on it. (It also would have been nice to have a television that had cable access). The dinning room table has seen better days also. Along with its miss matched chairs. The two beds were basically a frame, box spring and a mattress. No backboards. Also the carpets could use an upgrade. Especially in the master bedroom where there were actually hole in it. But all in all the location and the view would bring us back. With a little sprucing up of course."
