  • Spacious loft in great location

"Great stay! Clean and modern condo with a great layout. Neighborhood is safe and has many good restaurants and bars. Nice grocery store a couple blocks away. Communication with owner was easy and entry to unit was very convenient. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in close proximity to downtown and many other attractions, while in a quiet cozy neighborhood."

  • Perfectly Situated Condo in Downtown Chicago

"We absolutely LOVED our stay in this perfect apartment and location. The metro was 1 block away and we were surrounded by amazing shops, restaurants, museums and other uniquely Chicago attractions. Will stay there again if it is available."

  • Great Location! Million dollar view! Frat house furnishings!

"Love the location of this place for it's accessibility to downtown, the waterfront, the parks, the Art museum and much more. If you're real adventurous like we were, you can can even walk to Wrigley Field for a Cubs game. Only 6.2 miles through fun neighborhoods. As for the view, we could not get enough of it. Stunning! What was really nice is that you have the same view from the living area and both bedrooms. As for the furnishing. Sparse, old and worn out. I'm not sure which condo is pictured here but it sure wasn't the 2br 2ba we rented. In the living area there is a black vinyl sofa that has seen better days. An old brown sofa bed that was probably the best piece there and a gold chair that was stained and thread worn with holes. The underneath of the chair was ripped and hanging on the floor. Two black end tables with chips in them. One had the TV on it. (It also would have been nice to have a television that had cable access). The dinning room table has seen better days also. Along with its miss matched chairs. The two beds were basically a frame, box spring and a mattress. No backboards. Also the carpets could use an upgrade. Especially in the master bedroom where there were actually hole in it. But all in all the location and the view would bring us back. With a little sprucing up of course."

  • Perfect choice for a visit to Chicago!

"Chicago is a big, big city and choosing the right neighborhood is important. I think most would agree that you can't do too much better than Old Town. The condo is located right in the heart which means it's a two minute walk to dozens of great bars, restaurants and a couple of great comedy clubs including Second City and Zanies. The train station is about a 4 minute walk and downtown was about a $7 Uber (very close!) If you're in town for any length of time there are two grocery stores within eyesight as well as a great french bakery and a Starbucks. We didn't do any cooking but everything you need to settle in is provided including a coffee maker, an iron and plenty of wine glasses (which we used quite a bit). It was super clean, has high ceilings, and a great furnace for those of you don't like the cold. The only downside was the larger of the two beds (the one that you see in the corner). It's a futon... or something like that.... Super comfy when you get in but basically a feather mattress on wood. There's also ridge that separates the two haves of the bed. Ouch. I was able to gut it out but my fiancee gave up several nights and moved over to the smaller bed when she could not sleep. I'll be back!"
