  • Cozy, clean, and comfortable

"Perfect weekend getaway. Mariya was wonderful and the cabin was awesome. The quiet neighborhood was great for walking around on a Fall evening and the beach was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Will probably be back!"

  • This property was wonderful! Great location and lovely neighborhood.

"The house was spacious and clean. We were able to walk to the ND campus and Eddy Street Commons. The house is fully equipped and the owners have it fully stocked with all necessities. Our extended family stayed and we had a wonderful experience! We will rent this property again!"

  • Home away from home

"Our family had an excellent time during our week-long stay at the Cottage. The house was extremely clean, well organized. As a family of four we didn't test the house to the full capacity, but there was plenty of room for us to spend time together and to have daily quiet time where we didn't disturb each other... the girls used the upper level nooks as their fortresses; my wife and I were able to hang out in the evenings without concern of disturbing the girls while they tried to sleep. While it seems small on the outside, there was plenty of room and we greatly enjoyed the house. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood; found a tree swing at the bank of the Ohio River and took numerous walks along the banks of the Ohio River collecting rocks, finding shells and learning how to skip rocks. The house is extremely close to the Creation Museum and was a relatively easy drive to the Ark Encounter. We are convinced that when we come back, we will plan to stay at the Cottage!"
