  • Walk to the lake!

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in great shape for an older home and very clean. The bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled and super nice! The grill and deck area were relaxing and it was fantastic to be able to walk down steps to the water. It was definitely a workout coming back up, but direct water access is hard to come by on Lake Cumberland so that was an added bonus. We visited Cumberland Falls, rented a boat from Conley Bottom, and swam right below the house where the rocks make natural steps to get in and out. This trip was so much fun and we definitely recommend this home to the adventurous type who enjoy the beauty of the Lake Cumberland area and don't mind roughing it a little bit."

  • The cabin near the lake was beautiful, peaceful, and serene. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

"Our stay was very nice. We were surprised when we arrived to a beautiful gated community in the middle of nowhere. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were! The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed, except the toaster didn't work; but we managed. A cabin that accommodates 8 should really have a larger table for all to sit. It was definitely helpful to have the extra card table and chairs. Extra chairs on the deck would be helpful too. Viewing the stars at night was wonderful! The only one real annoyance was having to take our trash and find a place to dispose of it, but we managed. All-in-all we had a wonderful week relaxing, reading, talking, communing with nature, a day on Lake Cumberland, and some of the best catfish we have ever eaten at Coe's restaurant in Russell Springs!"
