  • Outstanding family getaway

"We celebrated my husband's birthday with our seven adult children coming from Indiana and California. The home and grounds are beautiful. The spaciousness of the home provided a comfortable settings for us as a group but also allowed plenty of privacy. The furnishings are grand and unique but very comfortable. The home felt warm and inviting. Highly recommend Chef Shane's breakfast and dinner. The catered meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Fabulous place. We look forward to a return visit."

  • Fantastic stay

"My daughter played volleyball at UK and I sure wish I would have known about jerry and his beautiful little carriage house over the past 4 years! We stayed for UK graduation and it was perfect location for the ceremony at Rupp Arena! The combination of the original historic house and the modern updates are really nice! Jerry makes it feel like home away from home with all of the conveniences of home including washer and dryer! Transaction was very easy and communication was fantastic! Highly recommend!"

  • Very nice place in a beautiful setting.

"The renovated train station was immaculate with a 2 very nice big bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living room and 2 nice size bathrooms. The setting is amazing. We sat outside having drinks and watching the horses one evening before sunset. It was very quiet and cozy as well. Steve was a great host and we would go back in a heartbeat. It was a great location for us to stay while exploring bourbon country and the kentucky horse park as well as traveling to louisville to Churchhill downs cant wait to go back when Keeneland is open it would be very handy for going to the races there."

  • Very Cozy And Great Location

"This was our first time staying here, September of 2016. Amy was very accessible to communicate with and we made the arrangements easily and had no problems getting in. The location is excellent.. in the middle of the "spokes of Lexington". Walking in, the place is well furnished and decorated and felt like home right away. Everything we needed was available from extra towels and laundry to utensils and appliances. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was easy to adjust and kept us comfortable. The jetted tub was powerful and relaxing. We spent our evenings sitting out on the balcony relaxing. We will be staying here from now on when we visit Lex."
