  • Great floor plan, but not very clean...

"We came for a family reunion with 5 families (some without kids). While we really loved the floorplan of the cabin, and the location to Mammoth Cave National Park, we were disappointed with the cleanliness at check-in. The carpets and floors were VERY dirty, so we had to mop and vacuum before even using the cabin. It was very dusty, and there were dirty dishes left out in the basement. It is a beautiful cabin overall though with a great layout for family gatherings."

  • The right combination of rustic and well-appointed.

"We had three couples; the property met our expectations very well. It's we'll located to many attractions including Mammoth Cave and the Bourbon Trail."

  • Such a great house to spend Thanksgiving!

"We spent 3 nights at this lake house and we absolutely loved it! The house is super clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the grill is awesome, we couldn't use the fire pit because of the open fire ban but I'm pretty sure it would have been lovely. The lake is a short walk from the house and we took beautiful pictures. Mammoth Cave Park was about 30 minutes away and we rode the Green River Ferry to get there. This is a very nice property and the owners take great pride in it, you can tell by how the house is kept."

  • The cabin was amazing! Roomy for four adults and four kids! Well decorated throughout!

"Our stay here was wonderful and we would definitely consider going back. We celebrated Christmas with our friends and their kids and had a great time. Space to play games, lounge and read and a well stocked kitchen. The kids loved the cool loft area! It's definitely off the beaten path and if you are going to mammoth cave make sure the ferry is open as we had an extensive detour when we discovered it was closed. All in all we had a great time and our expectations were exceeded!"
