"We recently stayed at this spectacular home. Twelve friends spent 4 nights. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom and a convenient private bath. The kitchen provided a very inviting venue for visiting and telling stories of days gone by. We had ample room to visit around the spacious kitchen island as we cooked in this fabulous gourmet kitchen. We grilled steaks with all the extras. The cooks were involved in the conversation as we all were either around the kitchen island or enjoying the view on the deck. The kitchen, a large dining table, island seating, a bar, TV sitting area, and the deck are all staged in a manner to allow for great flow of people and activity. We have rented VRBO's 5 or 6 times. Our experience this time was by far our best experience. The home was very clean. Also, very well decorated and maintained. The owners were very helpful...they recommended restaurants and other entertainment venues. We highly recommend this home if you need a home in the Lexington area. PS. I haven't even mentioned the walkout lower level with the giant screen television."

  • Excellent house, great layout, beautifully decorated, very open, very clean and well maintained.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kentucky Lake. When we arrived, Mark the owner met us at the house and provided a tour of the place and answered any questions we had. He was extremely nice and very helpful. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and the layout of the house was perfect for visiting with our family. We had 3 large bedrooms and each person was able to have their own spacious bathroom. The house was just a short walking distance from the lake. If you needed you could rent a golf cart to get to the lake and around the area. The deck was well maintained and very huge. We also enjoyed the convenience of the huge garage which was joined to the house by a breezeway. No problem getting to the house from the highway or parking. Moor's Marina was just around the corner and you could easily walk to the Marina. Ralph's restaurant is located in Moor's Marina and is a great place to eat. We were able to fish off the pier provided with the house and thoroughly enjoyed our days of fishing off the pier. We even took a day trip to Nashville which was about 115 miles away and took 2 hours. We also visited Patti's 1880 settlement restaurant which did not seem that far away. Patti's is a must to visit when staying in the area. Overall we had a excellent experience and was more than pleased with the accommodations and would highly recommend this house to friends and family and hope to come back again."

  • Beautiful condo in Lexington 's South Historic District

"This condo is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are large with beautiful wood floors. The deck on the back doesn't have a great view but is still nice for drinking morning coffee. The condo is on the second floor so you have to be able to navigate steps. We attended a conference at the convention center and walked to most of our events. We highly recommend this place."
