"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfectly located for our trip to take our child to HSU as it is a few minutes drive away. Easy drive to downtown and the beaches up the coast too. Comfortable living room with small deck and delightful views from all windows. Two comfy bedrooms ( the single loft bed could use a real mattress however!) and a good size kitchen. The house was clean and there was coffee and beer upon our arrival :)"

  • Fantastic Rental!

"My family and I recently stayed at this vacation rental, what a great location! It was easy booking and the person who booked us was fantastic. Once I was given the information for the house, I contacted the property manager. He called me back within a few hours to explain the check-in process and describe the house. This place is huge! My husband and I brought our 3 kids (all under 8) down for 3 weeks. I had read all the reviews and almost all of them were great so I was hopeful the house would live up to the previous reviews. And it did! The place was clean and well set up. The beds were all new, the kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were well stocked. The fridge did not have creamer or snacks (as per a recent reviewer who complained the owners did provide food) but as per my experience, places do not usually have food. This is something you bring on your own. There are several stores nearby plus a local co-op that has everything! The internet worked great, and this was important since both of us were working while here. The internet worked great but was spotty at times in the back bedroom. This wasn’t a huge issue since connection in the kitchen/dining room and upstairs was really fast. The kids all stayed upstairs on the futon and in the second bedroom. The adjacent bath was great; a bit older but worked quite well. Plenty of towels, blankets and sheets to go around! The stairs seem to be original but our 3-year-old managed like a pro! The living room was quite clean, tidy and smelled freshly laundered. The neighborhood is quite eccentric with a cooking school on the corner and stables across the street. I read a few reviews that said the stables were undesirable but in my opinion, they keep the street safer. They always had lights on with activity on the stable grounds all throughout the night! There are several awesome restaurants all within walking distance (Praline Connection, Horn’s, Buffa’s, for example). It took my kids about 10 minutes to walk to the French quarter (roughly 3-4 blocks depending on your direction). There is a new kid/dog park as soon as you walk into the FQ, it provided hours of fun!! Live music at the Spotted Cat was worth the 5-minute walk! All in all, we had a wonderful trip and cannot wait to do this again next year! Things to remember, New Orleans is funky, old and unique. Nothing is cookie-cutter which is what makes it great! Things may be a bit different but enjoy it!"

  • Fantastic location; beautiful property; amazing owners

"We just spent the week after Christmas in this home and it was unquestionably the best rental we've ever encountered. For starters, the location is fantastic. A (very) few short minutes to downtown Park City and the lifts. And quite close to the Canyons and great shopping at Redstone and the outlets. If I had to place a pin on a map of the center of activities in Park City, it would land in this location. From there, the home is amazing. I call it a home because it's clearly someone's home rather than a "rental". It's what you would expect of someone's primary residence--a generously stocked kitchen; game cabinet; great beds with nice linens; a great hot tub; lots of extra sheets and towels and all in excellent shape. Adding to that--every room in the house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated by someone who cares, a lot. And finally there are the owners, who could not possibly have been more gracious or accommodating. We spoke to them several times before and during our stay and they were immediately responsive and incredibly helpful with our (probably too many) requests. All this made for a wonderful vacation for our entire family. Many thanks to the owners for making this a vacation to remember."

"We had a wonderful time gathering with our out of state family, at this beautiful home. It was homey feeling and plenty of space. Next time we get together, this will be our first choice;)"
