  • Perfect Condo and a perfect location!

"We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed there for 5 nights and had our friends join us for 2 of the nights. There were more then enough beds for both our families. They provided 2 roll aways, and a trundle under the bunk bed, which was perfect for our kids who didn't want to share a bed. There were two bathrooms upstairs (master, and a jack and jill connected to the other room with a queen). Worked well for two couples to have their own bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on the main level which was great for our kids. There's a tv in the main room with a dvd player and a tv in the master bedroom and one of the queen rooms, the other two rooms did not have a tv. I was a little worried about what they would have in the kitchen with it being such a new place, and it didn't list anything on the description. We took some of our own stuff that we knew we'd need for the meals we'd planned, but I was blow away with what they provided. There is a toaster, blender, griddle, muffin tin, glass baking pans, pots, skillets, knives, cooking utensils, and coffee maker. They even have kids plates, cups, and silverware. The only thing we didn't see was a cookie sheet otherwise they had everything you need. The table was big enough to fit both our families with room to spare. The garage was perfect to store our bikes and big enough to fit our toyota tundra truck. It's in a great location on the north end of town. You're close to mountain biking (5 mins), Arches (10 mins), Canyonlands (30 mins), and Dead Horse Point (30 mins). You're also close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Our only two small complaints is the beds don't have great mattresses, you can see most of the decor came from ikea and I'm sure they are ikea mattresses. We did fine for the 5 nights and it wouldn't keep us from staying here again. We also had issues with the internet not working, we were able to use one of the neighbors, but it wasn't great. Hopefully this will be an issue they have fixed quickly. There was a small issue with the garage that was fixed right away and they were great to communicate with even though it was the holidays. We also had a change to our reservation and they were great to work with and make adjustments, which we really appreciated! All in all we would love to stay here again and would recommend it to any of our family and friends. We're hoping to be back when the weather is warmer for some more mountain biking!"

  • Perfect Family Retreat

"This was the second time my family (8 people) has stayed at this Blueberry Lake property - the first 4 years ago. Suffice to say the accommodations were wonderful: clean, updated and charming. There's a spacious living room has two seating areas - both looking out to the gorgeous lakefront view. There's a large new flat-screen tv there as well. And of course the young techies in our group couldn't appreciate the quiet, idyllic scenery without wifi - which was graciously provided free of charge. Outside we made use of the BBQ Grill/seating area on the porch as well as the fire-pit and hammock down below - all overlooking the lake. We had a mixed group but the views, water activities and great fishing kept everyone happy. The lake is quite large, clear, and teaming with fish - which makes for a beautiful day in the water or on the deck (with bench seating.) You can access the water from there or with any of the vehicles provided: rowing boat, paddling boat, canoe & kayak. Though the location is very private, within a 13 minute car ride you can find yourself in the middle of the small town, Deposit. Here you can find anything you would probably need for the stay so you don't have to worry if you forgot to pack something. Last but not least the caretakers John & Dawn were absolutely wonderful, and helped us with any questions/requests that we had (thank you!!!)"

  • Perfect cozy getaway for 2!

"My husband and I had a great time at Blueberry Hill. What we loved the most was the close proximity to Flagstaff. We were able to go downtown in 10 minutes and also head the opposite direction 10 minutes for some sledding. The mountain was about 30 minutes (tops) to the top with traffic. COuldn't find a better location and the couple who owns the main home is so sweet and very helpful during your stay if needed. We needed a fan since we forgot our little one (we use a fan for noise when we sleep) and they happily brought an extra one over. We have 2 dogs, we thought we were bringing one but last minute had to bring doggie number 2 and they were very flexible and accommodating. It was very clean and she even had cookies laid out, so cute!"

  • Nice, relaxing place to stay

"Four of us enjoyed a long weekend in Branson. Just minutes from the Landing and all the fun, but very relaxing place to stay. Needs a little up-dating and minor repairs, but great place for the price. Did not use any of the amenities of the complex, maybe next time."
