  • Cozy little cabin in quiet neighborhood

"Our family of 5 slept comfortably after long days of playing in the snow! We got some snow during our stay and there was plenty of room for the kids to play in it! The cabin was perfectly toasty when we got too cold outside. We enjoyed the location and the kids loved the game cupboard! Perfect weekend for family memories. The owners were very easy to work with and I appreciated the detailed instructions prior to our arrival."

  • Our Favorite Place To Go!

"We stay here every time we come up to Tahoe. We love it! It's comfortable, very clean, beautiful and relaxing. We love the hiking trail in front of the house and then walking down to the lake. The best of Tahoe right in your front and backyard. The Safeway and Starbucks close by is a real plus. I don't think there's a better place to stay in Tahoe. Judi and Tim are always great to work with. We'll be back again next year."

  • Four Family Weekend Getaway

"We just returned for three nights at this lovely home - we were a group of 7 adults and 7 kids (age 2- 6) plus one dog. The house fit us perfectly. Lots of areas to hang out in separate groups or all together. Prior to arriving I was worried about the size of the kitchen and family room - they seemed small in the photos. However, they are huge and we all fit in the kitchen and family room comfortably. The home is in good condition but not pristine condition, which we really enjoyed with so many kiddos running around (I have rented houses before where everything was so pristine that I couldn't get comfortable and was always worried - if that makes sense!) We were at the home during a huge snow storm. Our only quasi hiccup was regarding the driveway plowing. The company was supposed to come by 11:00 on our checkout day - but they didn't come, we ended up flagging another snow plow down at noon and paid him cash to clear out the driveway. This wasn't a big deal to remove a star in the rating - snow happens and its not scheduled, but we needed to return home by a certain time and couldn't continue waiting so we took matters into our own hands. The house has a ton of toys of kiddos (we didn't even need to pack any) and lots of sleds in the garage (we didn't even need to bring any). These were both helpful items that we will remember for next time. The best part was the sledding that we were able to do in the side yard and, actually, down the driveway. We were able to have all the snow play that our kiddos needed in the front yard - which was a huge bonus and timesaver. Obviously, this ability is based on the amount of snowfall and we were fortunate to have lots of it! We hope to return to the house again in the future! You won't regret renting this home - promise :)"

  • Excellent

"The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It lent itself to an extremely comfortable stay and its surroundings of the golf course was beautiful. There was a power outage the night we arrived and the owner went over and above to make sure we had lighting and electronic door locks were open in order for us to enter the property. We would stay again and again"
