  • What a great find!

    "We just spent Thanksgiving at this condo with our whole family. Plenty of room for everyone. The den/loft was a great place for kids to be while the adults were in the family room. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked our entire Thanksgiving meal there. We loved being so close to Northstar Village, the ski slopes and the rec center too. We loved this place and its beautiful decor. We will be back!"

    "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paul's South Shore escape was the perfect house for our family and dog. The house is beautiful, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. Close driving distance to restaurants and snow activities made for an enjoyable quick retreat!"

  • THE MISSING STAR - "VACASA" ,THE COMPANY THAT MANAGES THE PROPERTY

    "The house is beautiful very well equipped and is ideal for a vacation in such a gorgeous area. Very comfortable and welcoming. However we were totaly disappoinred with the way the company that manages the property handles its way. We arrived late at night, the house was freezing and there were no instructions how to turn on the heating. The area doesn't have cellular signal and most of the phones in the house didn't work. I found one phone and called Vacasa hoping they contacted me first thing in the morning but no. No one called. For hours I tried to reach them but got only a voice box for messages. We had a problem with the hot tub in which the water didn't warm up. Vacasa, thet sends you a list of house rules from here to San Francisco, failed to leave simple instructions about the appliences' operation etc. After a few hours I succeeded to talk to one of their agents and asked to talk to the manager. Needless to say that they ere helpless. Only close to noon time, after waisting hours waiting for the maintenance guy, after we had to leave since we didn't want to spend all of our vacation time on waiting for him, he came and fixed the thing but still, didn't leave any instructions. We lost precious time because of the malfunction of Vacasa. It's a pitty because if they run the business in a more efficient and service-minded way, it could have been a perfect vacation."
