Vacation rentals near Woodlake Park

Joe is the best host ever! My daughter was on a hospital rotation in N.O. for a month, and I was worried about a safe place to stay. Joe met us at check-in, gave us a tour of the property, and showed us the gated entry/exit, secure access to elevators/stairs, and the best place to catch the sunset. He also checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. It's a very safe place within a short walking distance of restaurants, biking/jogging trails, and the lake and a short drive to N.O.'s attractions. We loved the condo, the pool area/vegetation, and our time here! Next time we're back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!!

We rented this apartment for our son this summer while he was in town for and internship. It was a great safe location. The owner is great and helpful.

The owner/ manager and family we're outstanding and very helpful with all our questions. Loved the gardens and enclosed yard. The gazebo gave us a place to visit with other renters and relax and enjoy the sun. Close to downtown and in a very safe neighborhood.

My words cannot do justice to describe our extended stay at Donna's homey and cozy apartment. I am from the New Orleans area and have been living up in the Minneapolis area for the past 20 years. My father had become ill and needed to be close to his medical facility for daily treatments. With my father needing continuous medical care for 7-weeks, we were fortunate enough to find this wonderful apartment so close to the medical facilities we needed and so centrally located to all that New Orleans has to offer. Donna was so understanding and compassionate to our needs that her and her on-site staff ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing's description, so my expectations were high and when I arrived, I was thrilled. The quaint courtyard style pool and covered decked-out patio areas are conveniently located only yards away from the front door. An outdoor BBQ grill was also at our disposal for which we gladly utilized. With a full-size refrigerator and range, the kitchen has most everything one would need to make a cook’s life quite comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and contained an abundance of linens and personal toiletries. All three bedrooms were quite large and had oversized closets, extremely comfortable beds, well-furnished and very appeasing to the eyes. I am hoping I won’t need Donna’s apartment again for the same reason I was there this trip but look forward to coming back down to the Big Easy and would not hesitate to rent Donna’s home again. Such a rare find!
