  • Given the chance we will be back.

"We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this unit beyond what we expected. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and close to wherever we wanted and needed to go. Dina was great in her communication. Unreservedly recommended!"

  • Convenience, Charm and Luxury - The Best New Orleans Has to Offer

"Sam's beautiful, well-appointed home in the heart of the Warehouse District provided a lovely and relaxing escape for our family's trip to New Orleans. Conveniently located, between the stunning WWII Museum, and Cochon's, Chef Stephen Stryjewski's James Beard Award winning Cajun bistro - we had some of the best the Crescent City has to offer LITERALLY only a block away! Venturing out a bit further we had an easy five to ten minute walk to Emeril's flagship restaurant, and Lucy's Retired Surfer Bar - two of NOLA's most famous hangouts. The next day, we jetted down to the French Quarter and reveled in all the history, music and ambiance surrounding Jackson Square and of course the world famous Bourbon Street. The Sazerac Bar inside the Roosevelt Hotel was the highlight of our day. That night, we met up with friends and enjoyed Lion King at the Saenger Theater. The art direction, lighting and staging in that production is the best I've seen. After all the sights and sounds of New Orleans, it was such a blessing to return to Sam's historic shotgun renovation. We decided to invite our friends over for drinks and discovered Poeyfarre Market right around the corner. They had a great selection of wines and local treats to help us entertain. Our entire crew hung out around Sam's hand-made cypress table and took advantage of his fully furnished kitchen. Between the bar island, and the living room there was plenty of seating for everyone. Our friends were blown away by the many architectural details, especially the original art collections, longleaf pine wood floors and antique pressed tin accents. Sam's home was beautiful, safe, clean, comfortable and quintessentially New Orleans. Sheltered by tropical fruit trees, and protected by a remote controlled gate, perhaps the best part of this location is the off-street parking conveniently located in the rear of the property. I highly recommend this as a vacation destination."

  • Hidden gem

"Myself and a group of 7 stayed at this property on Julia st for NYE and absolutely loved it! Sandra and Heather were very accommodating and easy to reach when needed. The condo is kind of hard to find (it doesn't just stick out) but thats what makes it even more amazing. The master bath was absolutely gorgeous as was the master bedroom. One thing to note is that there are no doors to the rooms, but it didn't affect any of us very much. About a 10-15 min walk to Canal st and $10 uber drive to Bourbon. Plenty of nearby parking and restaurants as well. There was more than enough towels and storage space to place our bags. Absolutely loved this place and would totally recommend it to anyone staying in NOLA. Thank you so much for allowing us to there!"

  • Great space for large group. The ambience is truly New Orleans

"Upon our arrival, we were thrilled with the location. Not too far from French quarter. We immediately contacted the manager to get our code for the rental and he was quick to respond and make sure we had all the amenities we needed. We initially needed more towels because we had 9 ladies total and once we told Kevin, we had the towels immediately on our doorstep. Don, another associate was at the rental and gave us some good advice on what to do in Nola. Very hospitable group to work with. We all enjoyed our stay in Nola and in Damon's rental. It's about 20-30 mins walk to French quarter so it's fine with good walking shoes. It's a quick uber ride if you're in heels. The ladies had breakfast on the balcony one morning a nice area to hang out and enjoy being in Nola. Once again Kevin was quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend this place."
