  • Perfect location

    "We stayed during the first weekend of jazz fest. The room was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. Pat and Greg were perfect hosts. The patio was just outside our door and was great for relaxing. The location is great, quiet street , yet close to all the fun. Walking distance to Jackson square , French quarter and all the awesome restaurants. New Orleans is truly a treasure and this historic B and B is a great find!"

  • Best NO rental to date!!

    "We 6 were there for our 4th Nola Halloween week in a row and nobody was disappointed. Beautiful character home with all amenities. Wish we'd come across this rental sooner! Frenchmen is the place to be for live music so if you expect quiet on an event week, I'd suggest elsewhere. BUT if you are down for the true NO experience, definitely book this spot!! I'm sure it's quieter during regular times. The music is amazing in this area and it does get loud as you can hear it from under/and next door and all around, but they do shut it down at some point. The balcony was our favorite part hands down. Sooo much better to watch from above than to be on the crowded streets in the quarter."

  • Comfy and Convenient

    "My husband and I booked this condo for a getaway weekend. Booking was easy and the property manager Carol was very responsive. The property was exactly as described and we were very happy with our choice. The condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect to walk anywhere we wanted. Carol left a helpful list of recommended restaurants and tours. The balcony, as everyone said before, was definitely the highlight of the condo. We greatly enjoyed sitting out there any time we were home. Now for the follow up. We checked out March 8th. We received a security check back from Carol shortly after. The check was for $50, it was supposed to have been $100. I contacted Carol right away and she apologized for a clerical error. There was a misunderstanding about late check out and she thought we had underpaid our balance. After sending her a copy of my records she agreed that she would send out our missing $50. This was on March 19th. Two weeks later, on April 1st, I contacted Carol via text that we had still not received the check. No response. I texted again on April 4th. No response. I emailed her on April 5th. On April 7th, we received our balance electronically via my paypal account. The lack of communication was what frustrated us. All we needed was a simple response that our check had been sent. All in all, we had an amazing weekend and the condo was great. I'm sure that our experience with the deposit was an unfortunate fluke, but it did bother us enough to rate the experience "good" instead of "excellent""
