  • Southern Hospitality at its Absolute Finest!

"If you want to park the car and enjoy the best that New Orleans has to offer by foot, then this is the rental for you. Our outstanding experience started the moment we arrived. Cile and Gregg, the most gracious hosts you will ever meet, greeted us with warm hospitality and a few special treats to enhance our visit. They provided helpful advice on where to go for the best food and entertainment around (and boy were they were right!). The condo is beautifully appointed and the location is unbeatable - just steps from fun daytime activities around Jackson Square as well as lively nighttime activities on Bourbon. We were a bit concerned about potential noise but it wasn't an issue for us. Cile and Gregg provided for every possible contingency to make our stay comfortable - including an umbrella for rain, which we definitely needed, and ear plugs for noise, which we definitely didn't need. We are looking forward to a return visit and would not consider staying any place else."

  • I highly recommend this apartment if your looking for fun place to stay to enjoy the French quarter.

"Everything you need, clean, friendly neighborhood, right above the the Vaso bar and grill, so it's the place to be anyways. Parking secured 100ft away. Be back there again for sure."

  • Review For The Back Carriage House

"This review is for the small carriage house at the back of the property. I stayed recently with two other friends (three 40-50ish females total). You couldn't ask for a better location in the Quarter. This end is notably quieter and calmer--but still an easy stroll to all the excitement. There's a grocery store (Rouse's) just a few blocks down the street, fun bars, good food nearby, and lots of higher end shopping and art galleries right outside your door. You are also easy walking distance to Frenchmen Street, where lots of good music happens and where the locals go. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Randell, the driver that was arranged for us, was a great welcome to the city. He gave us lots of ideas of what to do and even texted during our stay to check on us and let us know some of the happenings in other neighborhoods. Ina, the property manager, was so sweet and helpful getting us settled in. She got us anything we needed right away (she lives right across the street) and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The carriage house is a small studio, but it was fine for the 3 of us ladies. There's a queen bed, comfy couch, small dining table, and a separate kitchen off the main room down a hallway. The kitchen is small with a mini fridge, but we managed to put together a couple of light meals and cocktails. While comfortable, the space could use some TLC. Yes, everything in New Orleans is old--and that's a large part of it's charm. But a fresh coat of paint, some fresh linens, and a new shower curtain would go a long way to make the space really shine. The outdoor courtyard is a great bonus. It's well away from the street with a lovely fountain to enjoy. Overall, we had a great stay!"

  • Terrific place

"We were upgraded to this unit for our recent stay and boy were we impressed! It's a beautiful unit, super clean and very inviting. Cam was helpful when we needed her but otherwise, it was our home away from home for a week. We will absolutely be back to rent here again."
