  • Fabulous Location & Accomodation

"We are a couple in our 50's and had our nephew & his girlfriend in their mid-20's with us and were in town for a long weekend to run the Crescent City Classic 10K. $26/day parking is reasonable and competitive for this area and unbelievably convenient; two bedroom/2 bath condo with family room was perfect set up for our group; we spent our time eating and exploring the CBD/Warehouse restaurants and amenities and the French Quarter restaurants, attractions, and special events. Condo was clean and comfortable and a convenient walking distance to everything we wanted to do and to streetcar for more out of the way attractions. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. It was our second time staying here with our nephew for this event and we are planning to stay there again for next year's CCC 10K!! Highly recommend."

  • 10 days in NOLA

"It was an outstanding home in the French Quarter. Perfect location. Everything was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, nice quality sheets & blankets. Lots of closet space w/hangers also black out drapes for sleeping. Noise level was very good. You must climb 51 steps to get to 3rd floor. Linda, the owner was there for me every step of the way for ANY of my questions. Also you can control the temperature so I stayed cool & there are fans, not that you need them but I'm a fan person. Lots of books to read including excellent books on places to eat & things to do & see in New Orleans. The lighting was also very nice so you can set the ambiance if you so wish. Totally 5 STAR all the way!"

  • Perfect location

"I've been to New Orleans many times, but I can honestly say that this was the BEST location I've ever had the luck to find. On the quiet side of Bourbon, this apartment was SO easy to access because the cabs could get to us (not on blocked off parts of Bourbon). Coolest (and oldest) bar in NOLA, Lafitte's, is just a step away from the apartment-- it was a great place to start and finish the day/night. The apartment itself was perfect-- we had a couple in the bedroom, two girls in the middle room bed, and one guy on the couch-- all fitting very comfortably. There's even space in the backyard with couches/chairs! So cool. The TV was great-- it was nice to have a smart TV to play music videos while we got ready/pregamed. Such an amazing location-- I can't say enough about it. Marty was AMAZING-- letting us have a late check-out, providing all the help and checking in regularly via text/message through the app. We felt very taken care of-- and so easy to access/get in with the key lockbox. Thanks so much Marty--we will be back!"

  • Excellent location, quaint and comfortable!

"This rental is the perfect location to explore New Orleans. Walking distance to so many sites! We ate oysters at Acme Oyster House, wandered Bourbon Street, took our own walking ghost tour, shopped on Royal Street and the French Market, window shopped and listened to street performer music on Chartres Street, saw Jackson Square and all the artists around, enlisted a street poet to write a custom poem for our family, went into St. Louis Cathedral, walked along the river, visited the WWII museum (we walked there), watched a parade, ate beignets at Cafe Beignet, grabbed a muffuletta at Central Grocery and we even drove to Klieberts Alligator Farm in Hammond for a tour (loved this!) The home was our perfect base. It's quaint and historic- we were very comfortable and loved our stay here! We brought a lot of our own food so the fridge and small kitchen were wonderful. Our family loved to eat out in the courtyard. Sleeper sofa worked great for our kids. There is parking nearby at a Premium Parking lot (if you download the app, you can get a discount). Cost is around $40-50/day. Tip: make sure the courtyard light is turned off when you go to sleep or the light shines right in the master bedroom window, even when the blinds are closed. If I could make two suggestions, it would be to replace the mattress- it dips in the middle. Also, possibly considering rearranging the room and putting the bed where the armoire is and the armoire where the bed is. This would allow a couple to enter/exit the bed from each side and not have to climb on top of each other to get off and on the bed. Really minor details though! Thank you for letting us stay here and sharing your home with us."
