  • Gorgeous home. Great location.

"Our group was in town for a football game, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group, and we were very comfortable. The house is welcoming, and the location is amazing. It allowed us to enjoy all of the fun of New Orleans in a family friendly area. There were so many amazing restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery/drug stores. This will be our go to house anytime we are headed to New Orleans. Thank you for an amazing stay in one of our favorite cities."

  • Convenient location, attractive decor, responsive hosts

"The apartment is very attractive and comfortable. We came to NOLA for an event at the Convention Center which is a short taxi or shared ride away. We used Lyft many times and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. On arrival we realized that the layout of the apartment didn't quite work for us due to a disability, but Jules was able and willing to accommodate us on the spot. We had a WONDERFUL TIME, and hope to stay there again."

  • JazzFest Annual Outing!

"JazzFest this year wasn't the greatest with exceptional amounts of rain on an almost daily basis. Luckily we had rented this Garden District gem to relax, cook and dry out! The house is centrally located between the Quarter and Tulane with great biking and nearby drinking and eating establishments of the Garden District. If you're a chef by heart, you'll love the well laid out and large kitchen. The backyard was relaxing and well used when the rain stopped. Alison, the owner, was both helpful and considerate of our needs and availed herself for any special requests. Overall, an excellent experience!"

  • Amazing Location

"We stayed for 9 nights in November with my parents who are in their late 60's. at first I was worried about the stairs leading up to the apartment and although they are a long set of stairs none of us seemed to have much trouble navigating them. The bedrooms were huge and although the bathroom is tiny - we made it work for the four of us. The kitchenette is well stocked and we appreciated the coffee that was provided, the only things to mention would be that they only provided 3 coffee cups so we were lucky that one of us was not a coffee drinker and we had no luck in getting the sink to hold water - we improvised with a bowl so it was not a very big deal. There was a split reaction to the beds though - the master bedroom bed was amazing (blue room).but the bed in the second bedroom (gold room) definitely needs replacing. There was adequate towels for our length of stay and the quality of the towels was great. The location is excellent - this was our first time to New Orleans and we did not know what to expect but we were very glad that we had a place to stay just steps away from magazine Street and away from the chaos of Canal Street and the French Quarter. Fun places to visit but nice to come "home" to some where much quieter. We felt very safe and secure. Nice 10 minute walk to the trollies on St. Charles and we felt comfortable in that area even after dark. New Orleans has some amazing food and the information that Elena left in the apartment on where to eat was very much appreciated and bang on! We had a great vacation on really enjoyed our stay - I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone that is looking for a comfortable home base while exploring New Orleans."
