  • Mardi Gras - Perfect location

"This is our 2nd time staying at this property for Mardi Gras. It is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in the 2-story section of a camelback shotgun house. Most of the parades are literally right at the end of the street on Napoleon. Tipitina's concert venue is also right around the corner as is Rouse's supermarket - all within walking distance. Magazine Street is located a short walk away and filled with restaurants and shops. Parking on the street hasn't been a problem. The owners are great to work with and very accommodating. We once again enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for any time of year!"

  • Gracious and flexible owner

"Due to a change in plans, we had to amend our request once we had already chosen dates and initiated the reservation process . Jules, the property owner, was flexible and easy to work with when it came to cancelling original dates and altering our plans. Bravo! Thank you."

  • Essence Festival Approved!!!

"Myself and 3 friends came down to NOLA for Essence Festival and we were nervous yet excited we would actually be staying in a condo versus an overpriced small hotel room. This condo was awesome! It was huge, more than enough space and stocked with everything we needed including ice and bottled water, even though we went to the grocery store and grabbed our own supply. The balcony was small but was pleasant since we could look right out and see the convention center. Being on the 4th floor wasnt bad either since there was parking available on the same floor. There was 1 issue with the iron being unavailable but a quick toss in the dryer solved that problem. We were 30 minutes walking distance from canal street and bourbon street but nothing a quick uber ride didnt solve. I would definitely recommend this location and hope its available next year! :)"
