  • Cute House and Great Yard

"We rented this house to attend the Voodoo Festival in City Park. The house was everything we hoped for and has the best back yard with a hot tub. It is much further from the festival than we originally thought so walking took more than an hour. Other than that, this place was fantastic and the rental manager was very helpful. If I were to visit New Orleans again I would definitely stay here again."

  • BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!

"When I was looking for a place for two couples to stay for five days in New Orleans, I must have checked on 50 places and looked at hundred's of reviews. When I came across The Boulignay House, the reviews seemed just too good to be true. Luckily, I contacted the owner, Pat, and she assured me that the reviews were true and that renting her property would add to our experience in New Orleans. She was right on both counts! So, my advice to you is give The Boulignay House a try. I do want to say that there are a couple of issues to consider. First of all, parking can be a challenge, especially if you have more than one vehicle. Secondly, the bathrooms are a little unique - we found showering in a claw foot tub to be a little challenging. Don't forget to eat at Horn's restaurant on the corner - it is delightful!"

  • Exceeded expectations, host very attentive, perfect location

"Stayed with my wife and a friend. Honestly completely felt what it would be like to live in the Big Easy, better experience then a hotel/resort. Beautiful place, nicely put together with attention to detail. Excellent neighborhood. We are active so walked a lot it was only a 30-45 minute walk to tourist areas, bourbon street, etc. and not scary at all. Great cafes and restaurants within 1/2 mile to mile of condo (on Magazine St.) cool balcony above intersection to chill at and people watch. When we did cab or uber, it was only 5-13 dollars anywhere we went. Lots of coffee options if you choose around the condo. Was so amazed at how friendly everyone was, everywhere, not once experienced any rudeness in our adventures throughout and we also went out in our Seahawks gear one of the days to go to the game, which was great even in a close loss. We would love to visit again, especially on Halloween again, and would want to stay at this exact same place!"

  • Great house, Great location!

"My girlfriends and I spent a weekend here. It was really perfect. We ate at the house and hung out in the yard a lot. This is a two bedroom house with no living room. This was no problem for us because of the table in the yard. This is my 6th time to New Orleans and my favorite visit. I will try to stay here for all my future stays. Thanks, Cynthia"
