  • Very good property! Owner was very responsive and helpful!

"We had a great time in NOLA. Easy walking distance to Frenchman, Decatur, and Bourbon Street. WIFI router is next to washer and dryer. Great place to sit outside, but bring your own speakers. This was a great place and really enjoyed working with the owner."

  • Great for 4 couples or family

"This house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Each of the 4 rooms has a king size bed! This is very rare in rental homes and it was a big reason why we chose this house. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are large. Since this is an older home there are no dressers or drawers to put clothes away. A little luggage stand would be nice to set your suitcase on in each room rather than have to keep it on the floor but there were hangers in each room. The kitchen is updated and very usable. The kitchen wasn't as clean as we would expect but I let Larry know about it so that he could address it with his house cleaners. As other reviewers have said, the house is pretty far away from everything that tourists are in New Orleans to see, but knowing that in advance and planning for it made it easier to handle. One of our favorite parts of the house is the front porch. After long days of tourists activities we would end up back on the porch with a beer or glass of wine and hang out to discuss the great things we did that day. Larry was great and happy to help us find transportation from the airport. Other than that we chose to use Uber to get into town. I highly recommend this house for couples traveling together or families."

  • Perfect Bachelorette Party House!

"Everything about our stay in the Bourbon Street Mansion exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a long weekend with a LOT of girls for a bachelorette party. We came from all over the United States and Ride was very accommodating about letting us check-in early. The decor was so eclectic and funky - every time our bride sat on one of the antique chairs in the living room, she felt like a Queen on her throne. The courtyard was perfect for when we knew it was time to go home, but weren't quite ready to call it a night yet :) There is a super convenient grocery/liquor store, literally, right around the corner, but just know that they don't have any shopping carts, just baskets, so if you're getting food for a lot of people, make sure you bring some extra hands! Speaking of food, there was plenty of room in the kitchen and it was equipped with anything and everything you'd need for the weekend. Finally, the location was EVERYTHING. This house is a short walk to almost everywhere - Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street, Royal Street, the French Market. It was perfect, and any time I decide to come back to NOLA with another large group, I'll be staying here. Thanks again for sharing your home, Ride!"

  • We love this condo!

"I've stayed in this condo before and I'll keep coming back. It's beautifully decorated, and supplied with everything you might need. The kitchen is a dream! The courtyard is gorgeous! Less than a block to the streetcar stop and just a few blocks to Magazine Street, where we spend most of our time. The more we stay here, the more we love NOLA. Absolutely perfect!"
