  • LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

"This is the 3rd time we rented Mary Ann's house. The location is great. In the middle of the Quarter but not on a street that never sleeps. Great place for 2-4 couples depending on how good of friends you are. Patio is cozy and a great place to sit and have a glass of wine."

  • Amazing Location

"We stayed for 9 nights in November with my parents who are in their late 60's. at first I was worried about the stairs leading up to the apartment and although they are a long set of stairs none of us seemed to have much trouble navigating them. The bedrooms were huge and although the bathroom is tiny - we made it work for the four of us. The kitchenette is well stocked and we appreciated the coffee that was provided, the only things to mention would be that they only provided 3 coffee cups so we were lucky that one of us was not a coffee drinker and we had no luck in getting the sink to hold water - we improvised with a bowl so it was not a very big deal. There was a split reaction to the beds though - the master bedroom bed was amazing (blue room).but the bed in the second bedroom (gold room) definitely needs replacing. There was adequate towels for our length of stay and the quality of the towels was great. The location is excellent - this was our first time to New Orleans and we did not know what to expect but we were very glad that we had a place to stay just steps away from magazine Street and away from the chaos of Canal Street and the French Quarter. Fun places to visit but nice to come "home" to some where much quieter. We felt very safe and secure. Nice 10 minute walk to the trollies on St. Charles and we felt comfortable in that area even after dark. New Orleans has some amazing food and the information that Elena left in the apartment on where to eat was very much appreciated and bang on! We had a great vacation on really enjoyed our stay - I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone that is looking for a comfortable home base while exploring New Orleans."

  • Perfect place for a Bachelorette Party

"Our group had 9 girls and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is super close to Frenchman Street nightlife and a 10-15 minute walk to Bourbon Street. Even though the house is walking distance to the action, its in a quite residential area. The area always felt safe to us. I would highly recommend this house to other visitors."

  • A great find in a perfect spot.

"We are so lucky to have found this condo in a quiet neighborhood on St. Charles Avenue. The price was hard to believe and it was so convenient. Fresh Market and the streetcar are a 2 minute walk. We walked every street in the Garden District and were a quick walk away from our family wedding at The Elms Mansion. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on our private courtyard. We have already recommended it to friends."
