  • Can I stay here FOREVER?!?

"I rented Lee Ann's wonderful home to celebrate my 30th birthday with a group of 26 friends and this house could not have been more perfect. If we could all runaway forever and move in permanently I think most of us would have done it! Lee Ann greeted us the night before we were scheduled to stay as we had flown in early to prepare for the weekend festivities and she gave us a tour around the house and was so kind and helpful. She provided many suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area- I can't imagine a host more accommodating than her, it was truly a dream working with her throughout the process. The house was as amazing as Lee Ann is. There were 4 floors with beds on all floors except for the 2nd (though some did pass out on the couches there a couple of times throughout the weekend as they were very comfortable). The 2nd floor was the perfect hang out space for a group and it has direct access outside to an awesome balcony that we rather enjoyed sitting and hanging out on. No need to bring towels, pillows, shampoo/conditioner or any bedding- even with a group of our size, there was more than enough for everyone. Really convenient to have the elevator that brought our suitcases upstairs (especially for those of us that don't understand packing light for a long weekend) and it did carry some of our comrades down after a night of excessive celebration. This house has literally everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway in the amazing city that is New Orleans including a drawer of party beads should you be feeling the Mardi Gras spirit! Minutes away from the WWII museum (strongly recommend but make sure you leave some time for this, it's huge!), and only about a 15 minute walk to the FQ. Close walk to the St Charles street car line (hop on and take a ride around, great way to see more of the city) and also a nearby grocery store and some great restaurants, including Emeril's new restaurant, Meril (delicious and surprisingly affordable Tapas restaurant on Girod). Cannot stress enough how perfect this place is, will need to think of a new reason to drag a big group back down to New Orleans again... There's always the 31st birthday!!"

  • Great!

"Beth the house manager was amazing. It worked that no one was in the house the day before us so on our check in day We were able to drop our bags off early and head out for the day. She was very easy to contact and responded to any inquiries immediately. 7 beds and baths worked perfectly for our 14 girls. Walking distance to Frenchman street and bourbon street during the day. Most of the time we called Uber's $8-10 to Jackson square and bourbon street. It worked perfectly for our large group. Couldn't have been any better."

  • Great location!

"Such a cute neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street. Easy access to all other areas of New Orleans. Even though parking isn't included, we never had a problem finding a free spot to park within a block of the apartment. Love the high ceilings! Lots of character and elegance! The owners give you lots of information about things to do and were very easy to deal with. Thank you!"

  • Couldn't be happier

"Spent an amazing girls bachelorette weekend based out of the top floor unit of the Napoleon house. It makes an amazing first impression - it was incredibly spacious. High ceilings, an upgraded kitchen, antique touches (like stained glass) and massive bathrooms perfect for a large group of ladies! It was the perfect home base to spend a weekend celebrating my sister. The location was great - a short cab to the French Quarter and our group spent a lot of time wandering all the great shops and restaurants on Magazine Street. We took a random turn off Magazine and discovered NOLA brewing on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The dining room was perfect for the whole group of 10 to sit down for gift giving and drinks. Thank you so much to Liz and Mary for their hospitality and the handwritten note thanking us for our stay. Great service, great hosts, don't hesitate- book this place!"
