  • Nice stay in NOLA's Quarter

"Great location away from the crowds in a quieter section of the Quarter. Bars and restaurants w/in blocks. The condo itself is a one flight walk up (has elevator but was out of order), so be aware if you intend to travel with heavy bags. Ideal for our boys weekend, but only one bath may be a deal breaker for others. Spacious, clean, comfortable and relatively new, but showing some wear. Well equipped, could use more glasses. Mary was awesome and let us know of some of her favorite spots in and outside the Quarter."

  • Given the chance we will be back.

"We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this unit beyond what we expected. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and close to wherever we wanted and needed to go. Dina was great in her communication. Unreservedly recommended!"

  • Right Place Right Time

"We went during Mardi Gras. Upon arrival the house was nice and clean. The house was nice and much more than I expected. The master bathroom is very nice. I went with a group of 8 and it was plenty of space. We arrived at night. But the next morning and coming days the neighborhood was friendly field with people walking and riding bikes. We used Uber/Lyft the first night not knowing how close we were to the Quarter, needless to say we walked every night after. Was told by several people that we had a prime locatiom for the Zulu Parade which we could not attend. Would I stay here again?! Yes!! Had a great time..."

  • Another great time in NOLA!

"This is our second time at the same property & we love it. It's convenient on the edge of the quarter and all attractions can be walked to. You're at Trolly away from the World War II Memorial and a $6 UBER to the Superdome are the basketball stadium. Also you can grab the double-decker tour bus seeing all the sites in the area including the Garden District and Lafayette Cemetery. Just next door is Mr. B Bar and Grill a quiet local place not a lot of tourists great for a quick Bloody Mary or afternoon cocktail. Just around the corner on Decatur about a 1 minute walk is where the muffalata was invented, we grab these almost immediately when we get there to have in the condo. 1 door down pass the bar is a corner restaurant very delicious seafood and crawfish when in season. And just across Decatur one more location down as a cafe style restaurant wood breakfast lunch and dinner. The unit itself is very private, you have a steel security gate at the street that gets you into a small courtyard. Once in that courtyard it opens up to a stone Terrace with some tables and a private wall that separates you from other units. The unit itself then has locking wood doors plus locking inner doors. The interior is very neat the pictures that you can find do it justice. We find it to be more than etiquette for two adults and two teenage children. Has extra bedding, the property owner has an air mattress on-site. The amenities are what you would expect modern, clean and well-appointed. When available and we're not taking more than 4 people this is our go to property. If you like to sleep in darkness closing the window shutters creates a nighttime feel all day long. Lastly I like that the property owner and the surrounding property owners care about the French Quarter and understand there's a difference between people going to the quarter for the history and atmosphere versus just those going for Bourbon Street. If you're taking in the whole quarter and other sites in the city this is a fabulous property for you."
