"We booked this unit for my nephew's wedding which was in Jackson Square, and it is an easy ride by Lyft or the streetcar to get back to the French Qtr. Streetcar stops right at the corner! It's a nice quiet area, and the unit was immaculate, spacious, and the courtyard/patio was a wonderful bonus, we were out there all the time! We spent much of our time touring the city and visiting other places, but this unit had everything we needed - laundry, ironing which we needed for wedding attire, lots of little things like tea and coffee, butter, condiments, soaps and laundry detergent, etc, that we did not need to buy. The host was so accommodating when there was something we needed -- she responded immediately and was more than gracious. We would stay here again, and definitely recommend this beautiful place!"

  • Fantastic House and Location

"Our family of 6 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The house is very roomy and well appointed, with Brandon and his maintenance person readily available if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained; we saw nothing "shady" during any of our many walks. The location is close (within walking distance) to really neat, "local" restaurants, bars and shopping. Everyone we met was very nice and gave us helpful tips about the area - "local" things to see and do. The street car stop was a short walk away and a very convenient way to get to Magazine Street, the Garden District, French Quarter, etc. Roberts Grocery is at the end of the line at South Claiborne & South Carrollton Streets. I recommend buying the 24 hour pass for $3.00 and hop on and off as much as you like. The area is amazing! We really enjoyed Brandon's house and will stay there in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans."

  • The place to stay!

"We stayed for 8 nights and did not want to leave! My wife has knee problems (so I did not want stains) and likes it quite for sleeping (so street baloneys were not high on list) but wanted to be immersed in NOLA French Quarter life. The unit is small compared to hotel room with kitchen but we found that we spent a lot less timing in the apartment thane we would have by staying at a hotel. The courtyard was great for romantic mid-morning breakfast and late night nightcaps and everything was latterly few blocks in any direction. Great grocery store within two blocks, large variety of restraints with in two blocks on Royal (more beyond) and of course one block up to Bourbon Street Saints & Sinners, Flanagan’s, and Cat’s Meow within 2+/- blocks. Will defiantly look for availability on return trip(s)"
