  • Very nice

"We found this place to be very clean and well looked after. The owner lives next door and was very helpfull with advice and information on things to do. She also gave us fresh oranges from the tree in her yard. I give this place 10 stars!!"

  • Beautiful B&B

"Friendly and helpful owners, an interesting and beautifully appointed home, and a central location a few short blocks from City Park make this a very desirable location for your get-away vacation to New Orleans. Though a brief taxi ride to the French Quarter, this delightful B&B offers offers a charming and quiet respite from hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street. Highly recommended!"

  • Lovely with minor inconeniences

"My husband and I stayed here for a few nights. The house was wonderful! Very neat and comfy, decent fishing off the dock, and located near everything you'd need. The only problem we had run in to was the flood lights for night fishing, which we were strongly advised to be the best. They didn't work and it was very difficult to reach the local contact with hopes of getting to use them on our trip. Unfortunately, we were not able to get them working, but the day fishing was okay and the home itself was wonderful and had everything you would need!"

  • A few days at the Cabin in the Woods

"This is a lovely, quiet, CLEAN, little cabin in the woods, decorated as only it can be. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything, and then some. We sat outside and just listened to the wind and watched the clouds and big bumble/carpenter bees. We were a little sad there was no barbecue pit, as advertised, but, we made the best of it and cooked hot dogs and potatoes on the open fire. Always a great time when away from the city."
