  • Wow is right!

"Beautiful place, with lots of privacy. Immaculately clean, beautiful house. Views from the shoreline were especially beautiful first thing in the morning. Pictures don't quite do it justice. We held our family reunion of about 14 people here one of our days and the screened-in porch was plenty large enough to accommodate. The two kids (pre-teen boys) had fun running around the large yard. Gary (caretaker) was really nice, too, and very responsive. On our evening "down" time, we played Clue or had a fire in the pit outside. Definitely a place we'd love to return to next time we're in the area. Wow."

  • Beautiful house in a magnificent setting

"Our extended family rented this home for a heavenly week on the Maine coast. The water views, giant ceilings, and post and beam construction make this one of a kind home so memorable. Everything was in fine working condition and the huge and fully equipped kitchen provided a chance for some relaxed family dinners. Bob was very helpful on the pre-rental questions as well as getting us settled upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious. We spent leisurely mornings looking at the ocean from the living room or decks or walking down to the rocky beach. The location provided easy access to Mount Battie, Camden, and even Acadia. Went on our first sailing experience out of Camden Harbor. The night sky was breath taking. The house provided ample space if you needed a quiet setting to read but the main living area was perfect for gathering. We were so very happy with this house."

  • Lovely little cabin with a great view!

"Rustic cabin from the early 1950's. Very basic bathroom but extremely clean and well taken care of. The bed is quite comfortable and it has a lovely front porch and small kitchen. Everything you need to make exploring the area easy. It is quiet and Walter is great."

  • Beautiful home

"We traveled to Belfast, ME in July 2016. We were about hour and half from Acadia National park and hour from Rockland/Rockport, traveling route 1. We enjoyed 2 bedrooms with 3 full beds. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with plenty of towels and warm water in shower. Kitchen had just enough space. Best part of home was screened porch and open porch that looked out to bay. I would recommend this home for anyone who wants to explore mid coast Maine."
