  • Perfect family vacation, walked into town everyday

"An adorable cottage with an amazing location!! Stayed here with our 3 year old daughter and 2 month old son. Walked the beach across the street during low tide, spent time everyday at the park across the street and walked into town everyday for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just an ice cream. Karen and her husband are extremely friendly. Started the vacation off with Karen handing me a glass of prosecco when meeting up with her to get the keys at their art gallery in town. We came the week of the 4th, we walked to the church lawn about a 1/4 mile from the house to watch the fireworks across the harbor. In the future I'd like to stay during windjammer week which was the week before. Looks like they have a lot of activities that would have been fun. Could not say enough good things about this cottage and the location!"

  • Minnesota

"This is our second year coming back to this property. Great location, short walk to the beach. We like to be away from where all the action is and this is perfect. We take the Jolly Trolley whenever we went out and about. Place is clean, and we enjoyed the pool everyday along with the screen porch! Definitely recommend!"

  • Great location. Very nice owners

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boothbay Harbor. Our little rustic cottage had everything we needed, including a great puzzle to do and a deck of cards. We made good use of the lobster pot with lobster purchased from the co-op across the bay. I highly recommend going there if you want to save some money on the terrific fresh lobster in the area. The cottage located on a quiet street, is an easy walk from town, where there is plenty to see and do. The entire region is rife with beauty, it's the perfect getaway spot for those who want to explore and for those who just want to relax in a lovely area. Thanks Skip and Cyndy for being so welcoming, nice and helpful!"

  • Great views!

"Charming, spacious home in the Spruce Point area. Very well maintained property, gourmet kitchen with every culinary gadget imaginable. Spruce Point Inn just up the road with pools, tennis courts, fishing, biking and kayaking. Our family is planning to go back this summer for more relaxation and high class amenities. Would definitely recommend."
