  • Beautiful property, very well maintained very gracious host.

"I stayed at this home with my 12 year old son and 14 year old daughter. We had a great stay. They house is beautiful, very comfortable, tastefully appointed, very clean fresh feel. Gorgeous views from the big windows. Home is well equipped and modern. The only down side is the proximity to a main road, but due to sparse traffic that turned out to not be an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful yet a very short ride into the heart of town. Michelle is a gracious host and a pleasure to interact with. We will certainly repeat. Thank you Michelle!"

  • Awesome Fall trip

"This place is just beautiful-the house, the furnishings, the landscaping, the fabulous view, and, of course, Pam (who was only a text away)! Everyday was filled with beautiful fall foliage to view and great sights to visit that were relatively close to this centrally placed location. Highly recommend scenic view in Boothbay on 96. Stunning! Cellar door winery is worth a trip ( or two). There were 3 couples and the place suited us so well. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the downstairs was a great place to spread out if needed for TV or game playing. Lots of wonderful memories!"

  • Love the authenticity

"We loved our stay. The home is large and spacious. It has lots of room for large families. It has a great kitchen to cook in and all the amenities needed. It has a pretty water view and is quiet with easy road access. We were able to obtain fresh lobsters from the pier in Friendship. Friendship is so pretty. We were able to go to the botanical gardens in Booth Bay for a spectacular show. Our children loved that. We also were able to do some snow tubing. Maine is fun in summer and winter. Claire is a great communicator and answered all our questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Oh I forgot the Russian stove is cozy."

  • Exceptionally Beautiful Home Away From Home

"I spent the week of July 2 - July 9, 2016 with my sister and her husband at this beautiful Edgecomb, Maine home. I have never felt so comfortable and at peace while on vacation - and this home - hit the spot! Just sitting on the deck and "listening to the silence" was phenomenal. It became a daily routine in the morning and was just perfect. If you like privacy and peacefulness - this is the place to be. The home itself is immaculately kept and spacious. It was a sheer pleasure to treat it like our own and we actually loved the daily upkeep while even on vacation. The amenities are plentiful from kitchen supplies to comfortable linens. While we were out early in the day and home late - it was just so nice to come home to this cozy house. I love mid-coastal Maine and what it has to offer near and far. We visited Damariscotta - Pemaquid lighthouse and beach - Boothbay Harbor - The Shore Road - Porter Preserve ( a nice little hike along the shore line) - Popham Beach State Park - Bar Harbor - and the "cream of the crop" Acadia National Park where we enjoyed a picturesque hike through the trees and rocks enjoying the ocean views along the way. We tooled around back country roads taking in so many sights and snapping lot's of pictures. We had some awesome dinners out. We went to "Ports of Italy" which my sister Theresa insisted that the food was the closest to dining in Italy that she ever had. Delicious - highly recommend it. We also went to Robinson's Wharf for some great seafood. I myself did not communicate with the owner Joe but according to Theresa he was a pleasure to communicate with. Very professional ,detailed, and offered great information. Would we come back - "You Bet"!! I can imagine it would be beautiful in the fall and winter too! A seasonable home to say the least! As I sit at my desk in work today - I wish I was back there. So refreshing!!!!"
