  • Our Home Away from Home

"This was our family's third visit to Schooners Landing since 2010. Pulling in the driveway, we all had the filling of returning home. With 11 of us, ranging in age from 3 to 68, the house fit our needs perfectly. From high chair to pac-n-play to swing set, from strollers to bikes, from kites to balls, and games for all ages, the house is perfect for families with children of all ages. The coastline provided the perfect spot for our granddaughters to search tirelessly for sea glass. The kitchen is well equipped!! The house has been well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the expanded deck overlooking the water!!!!! Schooners Landing's location provided us the opportunity to explore the coast of Maine from Portland to Acadia including visits to Monhegan Island and Vinalhaven Island. We also enjoyed our traditional visit to Millers for a lobster dinner. On our next family vacation to Maine, we will definitely stay at Schooners Landing."

  • Great property & location for the ultimate in family relaxation

"Sunrise Cottage is unlike any other property we've ever rented...in a great way! I can't possibly say enough about the perfect location with the beach accessibility, wonderful views of islands & wildlife, and the close proximity to downtown Rockland & Camden for dining out. Be sure to check out Cafe Miranda for some super fresh & funky food! We were able to launch our kayaks easily from the beach and had nightly campfires in the fire pit overlooking the ocean. Even my husband (who has a slightly tough time relaxing) was able to unwind & enjoy the peaceful location & area. We kayaked over to Ash Island on three occasions and successfully hunted for sea glass. Having the 3 separate sleeping quarters was convenient for our extended family & teenagers--not to mention the Xbox 360 in the bunk house. The owner was accessible, friendly & proactive in providing great service. Highly recommended retreat and we'll surely be back."

  • Cottage on the bay

"We got to the house after dark and found the House. Basic house covering all your needs. When we woke the next morning and saw the view for the first time we where amazed. The owner was very attentive and we plan on a return visit. Did not kayak but would be a great place to go. Also the transportation Museum in Owls Head is worth a visit. The house is in quite area but close enough to main roads."

  • Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

"Lucy & John are a wonderful couple and my husband and I were VERY pleased to have booked our honeymoon with them. The apartment was perfect for us! Very cozy & cute! Lucy & John were very sweet and helpful. If you're looking to visit the Lincolnville-Camden area of Maine, you should definitely stay here! Very close to many activities, shops, winery's, as well as right on the water! We loved the area and had a blast! We'll definitely be back in 5 years or so to relive our perfect honeymoon getaway. Couldn't of asked for a better vacation. The only thing we're upset about is not being able to stay longer! Enjoy! Thanks again, Lucy & John!"
