  • Perfect Getaway

"We had a wonderful time last week in East Boothbay at Linekin Chapel. It was so clean and well appointed, and Jason and Kristin left us a beautiful cheese and fruit plate as well as freshly baked cookies. The stained glass windows in most rooms were beautiful. They had everything we'd need- even toiletries in the bathroom and staples in the kitchen. There were plenty of fresh towels and beach towels, and board games. The house was really unique and had lots of relaxing areas for reading, and plenty of space for our family of three. We enjoyed the things to do close by- we spent most evenings down at Ocean Point to watch the sunset. Boothbay Harbor has some great lobster and seafood places. We also did a whale watch with Cap'n Fish's and spotted lots of whales and seals. We really enjoyed several quick meals at East Boothbay General Store, just up the street. The chapel was in a great spot, very close to woods/trails and the water. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Maine and have already recommended Linekin Chapel to friends and family!"

  • Beautiful and well equipped home in charming area

"We enjoyed our 12 August days in Pemaquid Harbor very much. Having never been to Maine and not familiar with the vibe, we first weren't so sure, but over the time, we fell in love with both the house and the area. Alicia and David were very friendly and helpful, gracious in sharing their house and equipment, and gave a lot of good advice. The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature aand very well equipped: appliances, kitchenware, games, beach gear, tennis and bikes. Some of these items have probably seen better days but all did their purpose. There is no A/C, but on the hot nights, the fans were sufficient. The Pemaquid peninsula has all we wanted in close driving distance: a colonial historic site, a very nice white beach, pretty little shopping town (Damariscotta) and most of all the romantic little light house on the beautiful rock ledges where we rounded up many of our days for sunsets. We did daytrips to Boothbay and Camden, but after a while in Pemaquid, we saw no need in hauling all the way to Acadia National Park."

  • Memorable Experience

"We had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home! The indoor space was great along with the outdoor area. The kids enjoyed playing down by the water and running around in the yard. The home was spacious and perfect for a large family with a mix of children of all ages and adults. With beautiful weather and a fabulous landscape right outside the door, we could not have asked for anything more. The owner Frank was fabulous to work with and was always helpful. Our experience there was unforgettable!"

  • Perfect family vacation!

"Beautiful setting! If you like to catch a gorgeous sunrise and sunset, this is the place to go! We rented all three places and had an awesome family vacation. We could cook right there or travel to restaurants close by. Purchasing local and fresh seafood was a simple task. Traveling to local beaches is also an easy task - and rewarding for both children and adults. We will be back for sure!"
