  • Ocean at your feet!

"Very homey little cottage with absolutely wonderful view of the bay! Loved morning coffee and evening drinks and meals on the deck. Private, quiet place to read and relax. Easy access to Rockland, Camden and all the coast has to offer. We were two couples vacationing together and we thoroughly enjoyed the campfire and watching the night sky, the deck and comfortable chairs as we watched the wildlife and sailboats on the bay. We would certainly come again."

  • A perfect waterfront cottage!!

"I highly recommend choosing this perfect waterfront cottage. We chose this place for a weeklong ladies getaway and it was perfect. It was very comfortable and served as a wonderful home away from home. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee while watching the lobster boats go out. The location was terrific being half way between Bar Harbor & York Beach providing easy access to all the beautiful seaside towns in between."

  • Sweet!

"Cute, clean ... it was all we needed. We were out sailing and enjoying the harbor most of our stay. With only one (1) bathroom: personally I would only recommend this cute little place to a couple. With a family it would be a challenge for "the" bathroom - plus without a washer and drier you would need to use the local laundry mat. However, we loved it! It is close to the harbor and all the little shops and restaurants! If you want to cook the kitchen is well equipped. Nothing fancy .... but just perfect for us!! (A couple) Lanita, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little slice of paradise! Dr. and Mrs. Mark Poston Troy, Ohio"

  • Charming, clean, and close to everything...

"We were exceptionally happy with our stay at Wicker Cottage. Charming decor and you can tell that everything was carefully chosen with love...lots of interesting things to look at. Books, guidebooks, maps, movies...lots at hand for use for day trip planning or staying in on a rainy day. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. When we first arrived, it was cold and we couldn't get the heat to come on...due to furnace maintenance man had left switch off... left messages and both local person and owner soon called back and issue resolved quickly. The stairs are steep to second floor bedrooms, but worth the charm of restored 100 year old farmhouse. A soak in the claw foot tub, once upstairs, makes up for this. Location to downtown is a very short walk to Camden shops and restaurants. Camden is a year round community... we were there just post season and all of Camdens shops and restaurants were still open, not so with several other nearby villages. Camden is also perfect mid-coast location for exploring north or south...strongly recommend. Owner, Michele, very helpful..."
