  • Wonderful vacation!

"The camp was clean, plenty of beds for sleeping, equipped with everything you could possibly need and the best part of all was the porch for eating, sleeping or just sitting in a rocking chair watching the loons."

  • This one has it all!

"The home is very spacious, open, clean & tastefully decorated. It's actually a bit larger than the photos represent. The view from the dining room is amazing with all the windows facing the pond. The view can be seen from the kitchen & living room. My husband was inspired to work on his book & set his laptop in the bay window in the dining room which overlooked the rolling, sprawling lawn & pond with a view of Mt Tom. The private beach has a large sandy area that isn't shown in the pictures & the mountain views are even better from the water, as you get to see the mountains towards the Kangamangus Highway. There is a floating dock offshore, canoe & paddle boat. The water is shallow gradual entry (great for small children) & sandy bottom with sparse rocks. Depth is about 6ft just up to the raft & drops deeper on the mountain side. The yard is landscaped with beautiful plantings, tiki torches, fire pit, multiple sitting areas, a hammock, a swing & even a slack line rope tied between 2 trees which my daughter & I took turns competing to see who could balance/walk the furthest. There is a spacious, private outdoor shower. The master bedroom is very large with a firm but comfortable bed, a washer machine, direct access to the full bathroom & is separated from the other 2 bedrooms by the living room. (privacy) All the beds were comfortable. I literally have not one complaint or suggestion. This is the perfect home for families because there was enough room for everyone to spread out. I've been coming to this area since I was a child & have been renting on homeaway.com for about 12 years now & this is by far the best one yet!"

  • Awesome place, great location!

"We had seven adults staying at Bill & Sonya's property at the Seasons, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Good sleeping options, comfortable and well-furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, the condo was a great place for us to stay for a couple days of spring skiing. We picked up some wood at a local store and got a nice fire going in the woodstove every night, cozy and warm to relax by the fire after a day on the slopes. The rec club was very convenient and fun, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and indoor pool! Also the location of this condo is prime, very private at the end of the road, with forest on 3 sides, quiet and relaxing. Bill & Sonya were very responsive with any questions we had, and we will definitely look to stay here again!"

  • Great property and wonderful owners

"We recently stayed for 3 nights during February school vacation. We had two families and spent most of our time during the day at Cranmore mountain (North Conway, NH) so the kids could take ski lessons. When we were all back at the house, there was plenty of room for both families. In fact, it worked out well that one family used the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the other used the two bedrooms downstairs (1 of those bedrooms has 3 single beds so was perfect for the kids). We never felt cramped at the house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the view across the lake was beautiful. The kids spent some time in the yard sledding down the hill towards the lake. The kitchen table is relatively small (4 person) but we never needed it because the kitchen island is so big and has so many stools. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The water was soft and had a slight smell, but that is normal for houses in this area. The wood burning fireplace and hottub were both a HUGE plus for a ski weekend. We had a few questions on the hottub and the owners were incredibly responsive in answering our questions and making sure everything was working. They were also flexible with our arrival and departure times which was much appreciated. We will definitely be back next year and would recommend this house to anybody that is looking to spend some time in the area."
