  • Cozy Cottage at the Ocean

"This cozy and rustic cottage is the perfect location for a young family or small group of adults looking to relax at the seashore. I am a fourth generation Maine vacationer and have vacationed in this town since I was a toddler. The cottage is just steps from the beach which means no searching for public parking or having to use public restrooms. We don't even pack a cooler anymore; when we get hungry we just walk back to the house for sandwiches and snacks. The property is well maintained by the owner and her family. The cottage has a full kitchen for anyone wishing to prepare their own meals instead of eating at restaurants. It is also now equipped with Wi-Fi! The cottage is located near some of the best fresh seafood (Ken's Place, Bayley's Lobster Pound). You can picnic along the rocky coast and walk coastline trails at Two Lights National Park. There are many lighthouses, like Portland Head Light, within a short drive. You can see a life-sized chocolate moose at Len Libby chocolatiers or tour the Desert of Maine, the world's northern most desert. You can also explore the nearby salt water marsh on foot and bicycle paths or via canoe."

  • Lovely, spacious, clean, and comfortable.

"My friends and I stayed here at Evergreen House in September while we were in town to participate in the New England Parkinson's Ride. Not only were we close to the start of the ride, but we were able to walk to a beautiful beach. The house had a lovely interior with new bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans that were just right for warm night sleeping. It had an open floor plan on the first level. The living room furniture looked new, clean, and seated our group comfortably. There is also a nice back deck with a table and grill and a great front porch, complete with new rocking chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed - even a lobster pot and crackers! All my friends commented to me about how much they liked the house. We plan to do the ride again next year, and we hope we can rent Evergreen House again!! Thank you Sharon!!!"

  • Sebago Lake Dream Cottage

"Our second year in a row to rent this stunning lake property. We absolutely love this place! The cottage itself is beautifully renovated, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, furnishings, sound/lighting, appliances and a spacious screened porch for dining or lounging while you enjoy the sunset. The cove is ideal to swim, kayak & canoe plus there is an additional sandy beach just steps away. The mooring ball is a much needed item should you wish to bring your boat because it can be windy in the cove. If I had to find a negative, it would be that there isn't a dock for easy access on and off the boat. Other than that, the place has it all! We always hate to leave at the end of our week, but know we will return the following summer for some more family memories!"
