  • Lovely Cottage

"We stayed here for a week in August with our entire family of 6, including a 1 year old. The cottage is in beautiful shape; it actually looks new. Each entryway is tiled, there is an outdoor shower and a nice lawn area. And as someone noted, it is about a mile from Route 302 but we never heard any traffic noise at all. It is right on the community beach (which was very quiet while we were there). We had a wonderful time using the 2 kayaks (there is also a rowboat and canoe), and the Basin area is off the main lake and less wavy, which is perfect for children. The beach is shallow and sandy. It is hard to find a house with "adult bedrooms", and the 3rd bedroom here does have bunk beds but that worked alright for us. 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer also were a bonus. The only small complaint we had was that the AC units in the main and upper floors were very small. It was a hot week and we had to run them constantly in order to keep the rooms cool. We would have loved to turn them off during the day, open the windows, and then turn them back on in the evening before bed, but that would not have worked. The lower walk out basement room did not have AC (there was a fan), and started to smell a bit damp by the end of the week. Another window unit here would solve this issue easily. We had a couple of very small issues during the week that were promptly dealt with. All in all, we loved the cottage, the neighborhood, and the lake. We would definitely consider returning."

  • Serene and Beautiful Location

"We have been coming here for several years with our granddaughters and never tire of this lovely spot. The cottage is always immaculate, well stocked, and you can count on a pie waiting for you in the refrigerator. The owners always greet us and make us feel welcome. The large manicured lawn and beautiful flower gardens make sitting outdoors a pleasure. When we tire of swimming, we fish off the dock, go boating, or just relax on our private beach. The view by the waters edge is wonderful and this year we watched fireworks around the lake from the comfort of our lawn chairs!! Shopping and eating out are nearby when we want it and this pleases our teenagers. If you prefer to BBQ, a grill is located on the beach. All in all, this rental property offers us everything we are looking for. When we are here we want for nothing and arrive home rested and happy with memories of another vacation well spent."

  • Great rental at Point Sebago resort!

"My family and I stayed at this home in July 2016- staying at this home for the 2nd time. This house is always clean and has all amenities you need. They have a golf cart available for rental, which is so handy. The location is so convenient- so easy to the beach and areas where there is a lot going on for kids/adults/families. Point Sebago has activities, sporting events, and entertainment throughout the day/evening. You will enjoy yourself and always find sometime to do. The owners are wonderful and so accommodating! We look of reward to returning in the future!!"

"The cabin is perfect for anyone wanting to get away for a while! Kyle and his parents were very helpful throughout the whole process. The kitchen has almost everything you need, and the house was immaculate when we arrived. Would definitely come back!"
