  • Great Stay.

"The place was immaculate, lovely. Just a few yards from the beach, which you can see from the porch. Hosts were very gracious. We look forward to returning again in August."

  • What an amazing stay we had in Graces Place!

"Our experience here was amazing! With 6 of us it was very comfortable and love the views from this amazing Maine Cottage! Jack and Mary was very nice.. Made us feel like family. We didn't want to leave this place. Highly recommend Graces place if you want to experience the Maine Coast and LL Bean is right up the road. There is even a little store 2 miles away that have great pizza or you can pick from many places for fresh lobster and clams! We will definitely be back for another visit here!"

  • Wonderful Vacation

"We chose Portland to meet for a family vacation. This house is very spacious and inviting. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make some delicious meals for everyone. The pool table was a big hit with. We loved that the beach was so close. Every morning we'd walk along the beach to the lighthouse. There is also a great path you can walk to the grocery stores or CVS. We loved the neighborhood. Scratch Bakery was one of our favorite stops on our daily walks. This location made it very easy to drive into the waterfront as well as to Freeport with LLBean and the outlets or Kennebunkport. We did have an issue with the internet when we first arrived but the owner was able to remedy the problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this rental."

  • Excellent stay

"I recently visited for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding on Bailey Island. The house was incredibly unique (built in 1990s in the style of late 1800s) and well laid out. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, eating a breakfast under the awning on the front porch, and lounging around the spacious living room. We also made use of the grill provided as well as took a chilly swim on the rocky beach out front. This is such a peaceful area and I wish I had more time to spend and learn more! I would recommend this house to anyone."
