  • Summer escape

"We were looking for an escape from the Florida summer heat, and Maine seemed the perfect solution. Although we spent only two weeks at Sea Grass Farm, it felt like home while we were there. The house is very comfortable, and Marcy and Joel were great resources during our stay. The house is conveniently located for day trips to lots of interesting places. Our dog also loved the house and the large property, which allowed her the freedom to be off leash . Although we did have some encounters with ticks, we had given the dog a tick medication before we got there, so they didn't cause any problems for her."

  • Beautiful home on water!

"Our family spent a week here attending a wedding in Portland. Home is gorgeous with lots of space for all. The kitchen is top of the line. The sitting room overlooks the Casco Bay! Everything is included even batteries!! Every bedroom has a view of the bay. The area is quiet and secluded, but close to local stores like LLBean! We even used your puzzles and games!! I enjoyed to record player which my grandkids did not know what it was!!! Anyway, I would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!"

  • The open area living space is comfortably casual and the bedrooms, baths allow privacy to families.

"the micro farm gives explorations to children and adults. the setting is secluded and serene. the golf cart a must for easy access to all island adventures. caveat: Minimal number of cars (8-11) on the ferry at one time. most necessities are in place, bring your own shower/bath soap and additional paper towels and napkins. Mark is accessible, friendly and super helpful. a good time had by 11 family members. Grocery store runs out of fresh produce early, ice cream at eh variety store is delicious, no fresh clams to be bought for home preparation only lobster, te cockngull has great crab cakes. enjoy the sea just one quarter mile from the house, go to the sandy beaches, walk the shore, see the gun in placements,. You will be in a clean, maintained house for relaxing."
