  • Located in a Secluded Private Small Beach Community

"We loved our vacation at Goose Rocks Beach. This area is at the beach but it is also in a very beautiful wooded area and it is in a very safe area. Our family from Massachusetts came to visit us while we were here. As you can see in the pictures, this home has plenty of room for a family reunion. The yard is huge. It is a very short stroll down an uncrowded street to the beach. We enjoyed the beach everyday while we were there. We also enjoyed the sites: Bush's compound is about 16 miles away, Old Ochard Amusement Park, and of course Kennebunkport. This home came well stocked. Thank you so much Bruce for all your help and suggestions."

  • A family reunion in HEAVEN

"We all had such a lovely time in your beautiful home. We had no idea how wonderful it would be to just sit behind the house and watch the sun come up (Gus and I are very early risers) or sit on the sun porch and watch the sun go down. We were mesmerized by the tidal river as well, never having experienced that before. The house provided all kinds of areas to be together and to be alone if and when desired. We cooked almost all of our meals at home, although we enjoyed a lobster/shrimp feast at Mabel's, and fresh fish/cooked lobsters from Port Lobster. Our best meal out was at The Village Tavern in West Kennebunk- superb service and creative and delicious meals. When we needed more towels, the "towel fairy" came and dropped off several more and Greg just wrote to let me know they are providing double the original number of towels for each room. That's responsive hosting! Greg and Heather, you've done such beautiful work to keep the house a prize! Thanks from the 11 of us."

  • So comfortable, relaxing and clean!

"Had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this home. The location is great. Close to Goose Rocks, Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport center, but also can take back roads to avoid going through Kennebunkport if there's traffic. Also took a quick trip up to Cape Elizabeth to see lighthouses... so pretty. The house is so spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The master bed was the most comfortable we have ever rented! Living room also comfy and love the screened in porch and deck. Gillian was wonderful, called to check in and just a pleasure to speak with. My only regret was not cooking more in the spacious kitchen! Maybe next time!"

  • Family fun

"We have just returned from our week at Turbat's Creek and we all had a wonderful time! The house more than met our needs for bedroom and bathrooms. Large dining table for all 8 of us. Large kitchen for our family group cooking. Beautiful deck for cocktails. Fire pit out back for out s'mores events. The location was great! The kids ( of all ages) loved the location on Turbat's Creek. From high tide to low and in between the was something to wonder at, explore and enjoy. Kennebunkport is a great town to be based at for trips to Portland (The Well at Jordan's Farm for fantastic food actually at a farm) to Gooseneck Beach to the Langsford Road lobster and fish store at Cape Porpoise for the freshest fish I have ever had! One warning.... part of the house has low ceilings which was a bit of a challenge for those over 6'. All in all a great family vacation."
