  • Very clean and quiet condo in a perfect location.

"My husband and two boys (ages 12 and 14) stayed at Rick's condo and we had a wonderful time. My kids loved it, especially since they were walking distance to everything: the beach, the pier, the restaurants, amusement park, arcade, basket ball court and beach. They could easily come and go as they pleased. I loved the fact that the condo was so close to the beach. The condo is in a nice quiet building with friendly tenants. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Although I brought my own, the condo was well stocked with everyday things such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. I was missing one thing (a broiling pan) and Rick brought me one right away. To me, this was a clear indication that Rick cares about the needs of his tenants. The porch was an added bonus. I liked to read my book and have my tea on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The condo was big enough to accommodate my family of four. The kitchen has an eat-in area with a good sized table and chairs. I strongly recommend this condo."

  • LOVED IT!

"My family and I just spent 3 nights, 4 days at this beautiful home and couldn't have been more pleased with the way it was kept up. The home offered so much for our family and had everything we could possibly need. The location of the home is absolutely perfect as well, just a mile from the beaches, a mile from downtown and only about 25 minutes to Portland. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be recommending the property to our friends."

  • Great location, cozy condo!

"My husband and I stayed here after much research on places to stay in the Ogunquit area. We were not disappointed! The condo was perfect for 2 people and even had 2 beach chairs to bring to the beach. There is a common area that has a full sized washer and dryer to use during your stay which was great as we didn't have a ton of laundry to do when we got home. There was even a bookcase full of books that you can borrow during your stay! The best part were the views from the porch and from the bedroom where there were 2 recliner chairs to enjoy the view and relax or read. The entrance to the Marginal way and a trolley stop were right over the foot bridge---very convenient!!! Our week long stay was nice and quiet. Thanks Laurie! :)"

  • Beautiful Beach Home With Plenty of Room

"Me and my long time friends had the pleasure of spending the fourth of July weekend and we could not have had a better time. The house is much much bigger than we had anticipated so people could have their own space whenever they wanted but also be all together in one of the family rooms or back deck. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is an older house as described but it is very well maintained and has a lot of character which we all liked. The house was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and carefree. The area is also such a beautiful place. It seems like a very safe and tight knit community. We went to the beach everyday which is maybe a 5 minute and even on a holiday weekend the beach area was pretty empty. We also walked down to the bluffs at the end of the road which is a 2 minute walk to catch the sunset or stargaze. I would highly recommend both. We hope to be back to the Barracks soon as this house allowed us for an unforgettable weekend."
