  • Pretty, comfortable, clean + excellent location

"My family had such a wonderful stay here. The house is in a perfect, quiet location -- set back from the street and less than a 10-min walk to the heart of town, and about a 15-min walk to the beach and Perkins Cove. The cute property has lovely gardens that attract lots of hummingbirds, which we really enjoyed while having our coffee and breakfast daily in the screened-in porch. The house is VERY clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the utensils, dishware, and cookware you need to prepare meals, as well as some pantry staples like seasonings. The ceiling fans work very well, but at night you probably won't even need them. Just open the windows and enjoy the cool Maine breeze. We loved our time here and hope to return someday."

  • Quiet, sunny and cosy!

"We loved the time we spent in that beautiful cosy house! The perfect mix with that nice brand new kitchen into and old «beach style» house. We had a great time to cook and to eat together in the kitchen or on the beautiful porch. The location is just perfect: it's a very quiet place, very near the marginal way and we can walk everywhere easily: to the beach, to the boutiques, and to Perkins Cove. We found everything we needed into that house (even some board games to have fun!) and we really appreciated the outdoor shower. This was the best place to be!"

  • Quiet, the comforts of home -- tucked away from the summer scene

"We enjoyed our one-week stay in August. Large outdoor space is very relaxing - beautiful plantings, birds and water feature. Inside, the owners have thought of everything - feels like your modest summer cottage away from home. Nice shower, comfortable seating in living room, full-function kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, outdoor grill, TV with cable channels, washing machine, dishwasher, books and games. This was our first visit to Ogunquit and we didn't realize how jammed the main street gets in August. This location was a pleasant walk or bike-ride away from the crowds, but others may want to be closer to restaurants and activities. Not 5-stars from us only because there are a few low beams in living area - duck if you are over 6' 2" tall! (I'm 6' 4" tall)! Overall, great option for a couple seeking quiet retreat a bit off the beaten path."
