  • Great place and great location

"This condo in OOB is in a perfect location, just a block from the main street (avoiding some of the noise) and 2 blocks from the beach and the pier. I've stayed here 3-4 times and loved it. The condo is always clean and well kept and has a nice flat screen TV with lots of stations for early evenings. But don't miss the Thursday night fireworks; just a 1-minute walk from the condo. It's easy to drive to Portland or down to Kittery for shopping. Owner Rick has always been very polite and accommodating and responds quickly to requests. I highly recommend this condo. I'll probably be back again."

  • All the comforts of home!

"David and his team make sure no detail is overlooked at the beautiful Treehouse in Ogunquit. This was our second stay there, and we will certainly book again! With 8 people in our party, the house still felt spacious, and allowed for us to relax and enjoy our family vacation. The Treehouse is just a short walk to town and the beach, with plenty of entertainment nearby. No matter what activities we enjoyed during the day, we met on the beautiful, private back deck for happy hour! A true gem of a property!"

  • Autumn at the Beach

"We couldn't resist returning to your awesome beach house for another autumn getaway. The views of the marsh are spectacular this time of year. With the summer crowds gone, the long walks on the ocean beach were so relaxing. You have the perfect home in the perfect place.. (a little piece of heaven.) Looking forward to returning next year."

  • Great comfortable value, prime location

"My family of two adults and two kids, ages 4 and 6, stayed here for a long weekend to attend a friend's wedding in Kennebunkport. The cottage was just as advertised, and there is also a great kids' play area - sand pit and play structure, as well as basketball hoop - in the central area. There is also a picnic table out back by the stream that we ate most meals at; breakfasts though were out front in the adirondacks in the bright sun. The location was excellent, with Parsons beach just down the road - like others, we drove instead of walked simply because we had kids (and when we were there, parking was fine) but the walk looked quite reasonable and goes along a very pretty tree-lined street alongside a horse farm. Kennebunk and Kennebunkport are very close indeed, and this was the best price we found for this area and had everything we needed. What was not clear from the property description and pics is that this is part of a group of vacation rental cottages - most now individually owned as condos, but still rented via a central house/office. That meant that - although less private - when we faced an issue - from needing an iron, to facing a clogged toilet (and no plunger) - there was on-site help available. It also meant the great play area was there for the kids to delight in. The road noise from Route 9 can be appreciable - the cottages are really right next to the road - but there's also a sweet stream out back and the frogs' chorus was beautiful, as was the morning birdsong. The kitchen is small but it's a cottage so that goes with the territory - and the nearby towns have an *abundance* of restaurants to complement your home cooking. All in all, great value, comfortable beds, great location. We would come here again."
